Black-bellied whistling ducks invading N.O. area parks

The black-bellied whistling ducks are making themselves at home - by the hundreds - in local parks, to the delight of many.

They come out at night around 630 pm and then they sleep around 1030 pm but by 4am they r going crazy again !(damn them )
