HOW TO MAKE NUMBER 40 BIRTHDAY CAKE ( MY 40th Birthday Cake)

Hello everyone! It's been a while since I uploaded a video. Heres my 40th BIRTHDAY CAKE I made for myself to celebrate my special day. I hope you find thus vudeo helpful.
MOIST CHOCOLATE CAKE:
(1 Recipe)
2 cups White granulated sugar
1¾ cup All Purpose Flour
¾ cup hersheys cocoa powder
1½ tsp Baking Powder
1½ tsp Bakimg soda
1 tsp Salt
2 Large Eggs
1 cup Buttermilk/or plain milk
½ cup Vegetable Oil
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup boiling water
(i add 2 tsp coffee granules)
SMBC:
4 L eggs (eggwhites 137grm)
250 gr caster sugar
400gr UnsaltedButter (aoftwned but a bit cold)
pinch of salt
white food color
flavoring ( i use strawberry essence)
DARK CHOCOLATE GANACHE:
2:1 RATIO
150 gr Hersheys DARK CHOCOCHIPS
75gr Dairy whipping cream(35%fat)
(I use ELLE&VERI brand)
For the deco I just randomly choose whatever is available on hand.
Stick to 3-4 color shades.

Hi on what temperature did you bake and how long?

With the oven Im using around 150-160°c for 40 to 45minute but I do the toothpick test usually. My oven is convection fan always on.
