Thats some excellent work man. I have been messing around with a flash helmet design for a while but the chin is such a pain, the elastic was a good solution.

This was super helpfull!!! Ill be using this technique all though ill only make template of the front because ill be covering it with pleather and fabric for a fan film im making but over all i love your videos. Its beutiful how much you can do with foam! 👍

Hey Sean, I need help. I'm making a Batman mask and I need to use sealant to smoothen it out- but it has be flexible. I used caulk but I couldn't smoothen it out and it looked rough and terrible. What can I use??

hey sean i need help i would like to make more flexible armor because whenever i do armor i mod podge it spraypaint it and when it bends or moves around slightly the surface gets cracked

+Louie Matos thats why i use acrylic paint. It won't crack. But if you must use spray paint make sure its plastic friendly paint. Even that will crack but not as bad
