I bought one in Kathmandu a few days before, it said - 15 but I doubt it. Easy to supplement with the blankets of the teahouses though! If you're going in the spring you can expect temperatures all the down to - 20 Celcius at night. With no heating my bottle of water froze more often than not. So get a warm one! Hope this helps!

My friend got food poisoning and recovered pourly on the high altitude. Once in Kathmandu he got better quite fast! Thanks for the question!
