- On March 26, 2024, a high school resource deputy was alerted to a potential drug-related situation. A student reported that a classmate was using drugs in the restroom and offering them to others. Acting on this information, the deputy searched the student's bag and discovered six cartridges containing an unknown substance. This is footage of the events that followed.
TO HER LAWYER: Yes, marijuana is (some form of) legal in 24 states. However, it is still ILLEGAL to bring weed into a high school and offer it to children in all 50.
I'm fairly sure you still have to be 21 to have it. Booze is legal in all states you still can't have it until 21.
@@sleepyguy144Exactly, it doesn't matter if it's legal in the state. It's illegal to anyone under 21, and also it's illegal to bring into a high school no matter the age.

Blonde, tan, glasses... You know she's describing the administrator in the room like it's a bad cartoon.
Trying the "Usual Suspects" trick
It's actually a common technique, that she still managed to fuck up. When lying and making up a person you're supposed to accurately describe someone you know, but it's not physically close to you. Like describing a friend you know who moved away a while ago, or a family member who has passed away. That way you have a solid piece of memory that you could describe that will not be reasonably interacted with or contradicted.
There's definitely a K&P sketch about that.
I didn't even think about that 😂
Plot twist. She did get it from the administrator 😳

Instead, I was put back into regular classes until there was space in an external program that would let me graduate faster, along with letting me get a normal high school diploma instead of a GED. The sad part is, the whay this girl acts is exactly how my 14yr old nephew acts. NOTHING is ever his fault, he blames anyone and everyone INCLUDING OUR CATS for his behavior. Every other word out of his mouth is "oh my god.." and "bruh".. and when actual consequences are dished out, he throws a fit exactly like she does. This is all LEARNED behavior from corrupting social media (they learn ALL their social ques from tiktok and youtube) and also learned from lack of proper parenting. Kids who wanted sooo badly to "never raise my kids like my parents!" now have kids they never raised like their parents, i.e uncontrollable kids who are disrespectful, overly dramatic, liars, never take accountability, and just don't give two flips about anything unless it benefits them.
Spot on
Avoid at All Costs
He blames the cats? 😄🐱🐱🐱
That's not always the case, as I learned from my brother. I am the oldest of three, and we grew up in a time when UA-cam was in its infancy and TikTok didn't even exist. I received a lot of attention for being the first-born, and my youngest brother, God rest his soul, needed a lot of attention because of his autism. So my middle brother developed a case of "middle child-itis." He acted out, he was rebellious, he stole money and medication from us, he got into drugs, and he fell in with bad people, all while he, like me, always had the best clothing, a comfortable and clean roof over his head, food on the table, presents under the Christmas tree, a college scholarship, and two parents willing to work themselves into an early grave to give him a higher education. We were never abused or neglected, and our parents did the best they could with what little they had.
In his antics, he was arrested twice for drugs, flunked out of college and lost his scholarship. As my father described so eloquently, "we may as well have put $40,000 on the front lawn and burned it." After his marriage ended, he came back to us jobless, broke, and nothing but his clothing and a leased car to his name. Only after a period of reflection and recuperation did he clean up his act, put himself through college, graduate, and now owns a home with his girlfriend. He also learned to appreciate his family more, and that the people who called themselves his "friends" were just users, abusers, and narcissists who took advantage of his good nature.
Sometimes, you can give your children nothing but love, attention, and opportunity, but you cannot always control who influences them or what goes on their minds, and sometimes, you cannot save them from themselves. My brother managed to pull himself out, but others are no so fortunate to be smart enough, or to have a support system. Good parenting qualities only go so far.
An excellent explanation!
Bro she’s the worst liar ever. And she got exactly the type of lawyer I expected her to get.

Unfortunately, not everyone matures at the same rate. I personally didn't fully mature until I was at least 30.. prior to that I had an immature attitude, and didn't respect authority. Once I hit about 32, maturity finally fully kicked in, and I looked at life completely different. It literally took me to reach a certain age, not any major life experience that made me change. It happens. Some people mature when they're really young, others not so much!

When kids are stressed they should have emotional support in their home or they will result to bad decisions and maybe even doing stuff like this. I can tell you’re old asf if you’re really invalidating someone’s feelings. Clearly she has problems and was influenced into doing drugs to “solve” those issues. There are millions of people that have problems that resort to drugs..saying stuff like this sounds ignorant as hell.
Not defending her AT ALL but anxiety is subjective, and there are legitimate disorders that range in severity. I have one and my quality of life is poorer than others who don’t.
When you’re having the best day of your life - not doing anything life-changing - and it feels like you’ve been gut punched enough with anxiety to make you nauseous and on edge, it’s a bad time. It’s hard to explain it to people who don’t suffer from it, but it’s an issue irregardless of whatever is going on - it’s like being in flight or fight mode even when you’re relaxing at a spa or chilling on the couch listening to 40’s swing music.

Acting like a little kid is evidence enough of mental problems. She says she's depressed. Could be a lot of things, potentially very simple. Kids in that state really struggle to cope with stress, tend to go to drugs. They were failed by their parents

Why is still 19 years old and still in High School was she held back in the 12th grade there in High School!
When I taught HS, my state was required by law to enroll students up to age 21. This is due to the fact a lot of students enrolling came from countries that start school later. It's a double edge sword because I was able to help a lot of students in that age range, but it came with problems because the adult students are treated differently (of course they would be) by the law. The overall theme from this video and my experience is that the students' "interpretation" of the rules were that if everyone else at school was doing it, it wasn't necessarily okay, but they would automatically think they were being targeted if they are the only ones actually getting in trouble.
I actually had a student get caught with ten THC vapes at my former school in the bathroom, and when we called her parents, the first thing they had to say was literally, "why are you targeting our daughter?" And what became of it? The principal sent her home with a two or three day suspension. What did the student learn? The penalty isn't that bad, so I will just try harder to go unnoticed next time.
Do the crime,do the time..19 yrs old and a felony
She didn’t, she just got 2 days probation 🤣
I'm sorry, but this perspective does very little for the developing world.
I can't defend her bringing drugs to school and around developing minds.
However, a felony is still too much.
The ridiculousness of this woman potentially pursuing a career seriously in a few years, and struggling her entire adult life because of what is a technical felony on her record when, by the time she's in her 60's it's likely that almost if not all 50 states will have legalized the substance that her felony is predicated on blatantly exemplifies the subjectivity of legality. If that doesn't show just how much legality does NOT equate to morality, then I don't know what does...
Set the plant free and just charge her with a misdemeanor for furnishing marijuana to a minor.
You know, not only was the girl lying like a rug, but I think the so called "lawyer" wasn't really a lawyer but her uncle or something posing as one.
