Thank you for showing me how to open that camera. It will be great if you can also do it in English. My Ezviz C6N works normally if put on normal position, but if put on the ceiling (flip position) it sometimes goes offline. I thought it was something with the charger cable, but when I switch position with another same type camera, the problem persists, so I thought it must have something to do with the internal cables. Please help.
