The people at lush are so nice, they genuinely want to help their customers they not 'just trying to sell you stuff' they just have amazing customer service 🙌
Well you should know sometimes they are forced to do so

we are forced to be nice. but that isnt a bad thing. lush prides themselves on customer service to we make sure that each customer is greeted and then helped to find what product is perfect for them.. and we do genuinely want to help, theres nothing better than a customer that talks with you for 20 minutes looking for the perfect moisturizer or bath bomb.. its fun to help people, we enjoy it.. thats what they look for when they hire people... so yes we are told to help but no we are not like starved wolves or made to jump on a customer. we do it because we want to help, lush can be really intimidating and a lot of the time people end up dying themselves pink with a bath melt or choosing a cleanser and using it like a facemask.. its a confusing place a lot of the time ahaha :)
As someone who used to work there, I can vouch for the fact that they make us be super nice to them and follow customers around even if they don't want to be bothered. And if you can't 'connect' with them, it's your fault, never the customer. I quit because I didn't feel comfortable doing that stuff.

I used to hate my skin colour. I hated that I have brown skin, and I hated my curly hair, and I generally hated everything about myself. I wanted to look something just like you. But because of you, all of that has changed.
You are so self confident and joyous. I don't know if you really have any coloured friends but you showed that you can truly accept yourself for who you are and know that you are beautiful. Thankyou for having this channel, seriously, thankyouu for everything you do:)

@kelsters2222 No. It wont cover up the scars or marks at all. Its a pretty light foundation, perfect for people that already have a flawless skin.
wow you're right it did look scary at first. Can't believe how well it blended in but looks like it takes quite a bit of effort.Loving the dewy effect it gives :)

I did the same; I got married though court on December 2010 and had a big celebration in summer because we didn't have time for preparing a "real wedding" because of our jobs. It was great to marry twice!!.

The colour supplements are great. But they are definitley not full coverage. They are best used in conjuction with a moisturiser on the back of your hand and then applied with a brush or your fingers. There are 4 shades-Light yellow, dark yellow, light pink and dark pink.
Lush have done makeup and foundation and brushes for a few years.. just in a different range of shops..
i work at a LUSH and i heard from a co-worker that they've been selling a lot today after watching this! we even sold out of dark yellow! i guess i just wanna thank you because our color supplements are really great and never get any attention!

i actually use that trick too but i use mineral foundation with moisturizer in the summer to make a tinited moisturizer :)

Yes you're right, BUT Lush uses only a tiny tiny bit of Paraben.
Its slightly a little so Lush usual does not have to list it in the ingredients ;)
So dont worry !

For me i liked it both ways, with and without moisturiser
Which is weird because i have dry skin so you'd expect it not to blend easily on my skin without moisturiser
Im so grateful for this vid, i needed a new foundation with a yellow undertone that actually suites my skin type perfect :)

i have a little problem, it seams like a great fondtion, but i have oly skin, and i actually cant use moisturizser when i'm using a fondation. the fondation wil just smear everywhere after like 10 min if i use a moisturizser first, even if i set the fondation:( but is ther any other product you can mix the fondation with? i dont know, but mabe a primor, or even whater??

tbh I think Paraben isn't THAT bad, whether it will lead to cancer is really questionable. I think it's just cosmetic companies' strategies to "scare" the consumers and stand their paraben free products out of the market. And the fact it is supposed to be a foundation/concealer, which is something stays on your skin instead of sinking in, don't really bother me
For those wondering they have 4 shades. 2 pink and 2 yellow. I have much lighter skin than dulce (I am half hispanic, half white) and I use dark yellow as well and it matches my skin PERFECTLY!

I LOVE IT I use the lush foundation in shade Jackie Oats, i think that's what it's called!
i bought it to lighten my Youngblood foundation because it was slightly too yellow, and it works pretty well, but after seeing this i am totally gonna try it mixed with just a moisturizer!
Nice to hear that your catholic another reason to love you, and I got married 2x as well civil and catholic chruch wedding. Congrats. My mom told me that it's a different stage in the marriage life if there's a church blessings. Love to foundation.

@94solveig try using a moisturizer by La roche-posay called 'Hydratant Matifiant Sébo Régulateur - Effaclar M' I have really oily skin too, and this moisturizer is THE best one I have ever tried, it's not creamy at all is like fresh and mattifying
@queenofhrts55 -yes you can, just remember that the sunscreen will have
SPF into it and when you take pictures it might look like a white cast on your face,
just be a little careful with the sunscreen (:

It sounds really good but the size is kind of a deal-breaker for me...so I probably won't end up trying it for myself. I totally wasn't surprised to hear your going to school completly for fashion, not to jinx it or anything lol but I think you'd be amazing as a proffesional designer! i should mention that these foundations have really strong yellow undertones or really strong pink undertones. if you dont have a strong undertone of either color, these probaby won't work for you. i picked one up (it's like $25) and returned it the next day.

The color sensational lipstick is by maybelline. Not loreal.
I got the jackie oats and this is VERY light coverage- definitely NOT full coverage. Also this does not work as a concealer at all. Using this with makeup forever concealer it does work well on days you dont feel like having a ton of makeup on
