A DAY IN THE LIFE OF SANTANA short documentary.
I had the opportunity to travel from Canada to Falmouth, Jamaica. I then drove 40 minutes, through some of the deepest pot holes I have ever witnessed, into a small village called "Bunkers Hill." Santana has been living in Bunkers Hill for 54 years. Watch as we explore what a day in the life looks like with Santana, as well as some brief history. Enjoy!

I visited Trelawny in the 1980's. While walking alone along a country road a local guy came up behind me and invited me to meet his friends and hang out. I said OK and he led me through a path in the dense woods. We came upon a tiny village of a few shacks and I saw poverty like I've never seen before. Houses that were made of just plastic tarps and a few boards nailed together. Malnourished children. It was shocking. He introduced me to his friends who yelled out in amazement; "A White Man!!" We shared a huge spliff, drank a few Red Stripes and they wanted to know all about me and my life. I tell this story to people and they think I was crazy to go off alone in the woods with this stranger. But it was an experience I'll never forget. The coolest people. So friendly and genuine.
This is what a healthy human looks like. He is not physically ill, not mentally ill, not spiritually ill. We should learn from his way of life
If you want to be taken over. If you want to be conquered. He better get with the times. That life was for the caveman. This is a new Era. You don't believe me just look at Ukraine. You better build up your military and compete with this world. Or they will conquer you.

I lived like that my entire childhood growing up in Jamaica I tell you im in Europe now but that peace I found in that jungle is still here in my heart ND mind living without a mailbox is a symbol of freedom nothing to worry about food was always there for you in the jungle so u could afford to just maintain a more stress less being. Sometimes I look at the people here in Europe ND I can see in their eyes that the majority of them never been touched by nature (like in this video) before. Actually this is the first video I have ever found that is shedding light on it. 🖐🏿🐧🥦😊

I'm sitting here, sick and overweight, dreaming of living like this man. He has a more able body and mind at 54? 52? Than I have at 27. I suffered a traumatic brain injury in 2016, and now i suffer from chronic post concussion syndrome, chronic post traumatic headaches, anxiety and depression. I wish I lived like this man, i know it would do me good, but the change is so big, after 27 years of overeating in a western consumerist culture and doing minimal physical exercise. Well, I have many excuses, I should just start somewhere, i know that to be true...
