This is one of the newest rom hacks out there called pokemon stone dragon 3. It's basically a Gba version rom hack of the unova region. But not only that the game is filled with shiny pokemon and ASH KETCHUM is you companion trough the entire game! Helping you with battles and taking down team plasma! So today We are going to beat it with Only Shiny Pokemon!

If i had just one person from the franchise it would definitely be Meowth. Something about a built in poke translator, with a Shakespearean backstory fit to yank the heart strings, will always be my number one choice.

To answer the question, zwiggo wasnt able to beat the rom with only shinies. Although idk if its possible to beat it with just shinies as some battles requires ash to partake in battles, unless you take your time and wait for ash to wipe on each double battles, so you can literally use only shinies.
Technically if you only use shinies and beat the game you beat the game using shiny pokemon ai companions don't count since you can't control them so the mandatory double battles don't go against the shiny only rule
