Nah, even if you only compare females, Valentina Shevchenko and Amanda Nunes (if she really is a woman) are better. Rose Namajunas is probably as good as Zhang.

I genuinely think the only reason she lost to Amanda Nunes is that Amanda is huge (and probably using PEDs but you know Brazilian fighters). As far as the current best male... skill-wise, it's controversial but I'd have to say Jon Jones. Read me out. Even with all the stuff in his personal life and the PED stuff, technique-wise, he's dominated pretty much everyone he's fought. I would say Petr Yan is easily the best boxer in the UFC without comparison. Casuals will try to say it's Max Holloway but he couldn't even knock out Calvin Kattar with his 300+ punches landed. Meanwhile, Yan completely stuffs game plans with his boxing alone and generally finishes fights except with the toughest guys. Although Men's Bantamweight is my favorite division, it needs some new faces. The roster is filled with old guys that are nearing the age of retirement (Dominick Cruz is ranked 10 for example) so hopefully, some skilled new fighters come in to challenge Yan.
She's a version of team lakay in One Championship. Team lakay gets choked all the time but they're fierce and no bullshit in fighting. Go watch some of their fights. 😁

É preciso que o tanque esteja cheio de oxigênio, pra poder ter muita energia. Caso contrário, baterá imenso cansaço e o lutador ficará entregue ao adversário. Zang cuida muito bem do fôlego, porque luta num ritmo intenso, não cansa. Já vi lutadores fortíssimos e bons de luta que, no meio da disputa, perderam o gás. Ficaram inertes, sem forças e foram massacrados pelos adversários. Ainda acho que se deve seguir o exemplo de Rock Balboa que, além de pular corda e correr, , subia e descia escadaria. Isso dá resistência tremenda.

Many of the older fights didn't even look competitive. Her opponents looked like they didn't even belong there.

JJ should not stand in the phone booth with her trading punches. Weili uses correct hand and wrist position so her punches hurt a LOT.
