I am working as a foreigner in Germany for a two-year contract. Do I have the right to pause paying the RENTERNVERSICHERUNG?
There is any regulatory authority for skilled worker Immigration process, who is looking how long is taking for granting visa for skilled worker? It's about to 6 months complete when my employer applied for fast track visa process in skill worker Immigration NRW.
Hi, unfortunately there is no central point of contact. Does it mean that your employer has not heard back in these six months? Have they tried reaching out to the Federal Employment Agency?
@@HalloGermany my employer submitted my application for fast track visa for skilled worker on 29 march 2023. And he received the mail from authority in August for submitting documents. My employer submitted all required documents and " processed my application for next step" he received the mail on 1 September. Since first September there is no update. If they complete the 2 step my recognition will start which itself take 2 months as per the process timeline, so total time will be 8 months. Remind you again it's the fast track visa process for skilled worker. I request my employer for applying the fast track process hoping that I can move there quickly but already 6 months completed and I don't know how long it's take.
@@HalloGermany hello mam, as I already told you my story. Is it possible that I can apply other jobs.?, I already signed a job contract with German employer. I don't how long its gonna take to get visa. Do you have any knowledge/ idea how long its take for a normal work visa.?
@@HalloGermany here is an update on my fast track visa process, after waiting for 7 months my employer simply withdraw my application without informing me.
