I had no idea that people returned old or used items! I’m so honest to return exactly what I bought if I don’t like it or it doesn’t fit. I admire your energy and excitement when opening returns. Best wishes for your future adventures!
When everything is sold it would be interesting to see how much a good pallet pays per hour. Subtract gas and divide the net profit by the hours spent.
The rods you said you didn't know what they were.. are suspension rods for a washing machine.. $50 on Amazon.. dig the videos.. Ive considered doing this myself one of these days
I love the watch winder I purchased one for my hubby last Christmas, he stores his Rolex watches in there when not in use… only thing I’m not keen on is the noise it makes when rotating….
Hi guys! Great channel! Just bought my first palette from GRPLiquidations today! It was so fun opening it up! Any suggestions on selling would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
You guys inspire me to do pallet flipping. It looks like a lot of fun opening up your pallet not knowing what you have. Where do you guys buy your pallet from?
You guys are awesome! Me and my girlfriend have been thinking about getting into it too and we really appreciate the insight and depth that you go into your videos! The first couple pallet videos up to this one have been crazy to see!
The box with the long rods and springs on the bottom? I just had to buy some recently. These are washing machine stabilizers. Kind of a rebuild for your washer that continually goes out of balance.
Great video again. Could you guys give an update on how it's going with your real estate investments? Like expenses and income from the last 6.months? Would be curious to know!
You should do a video updating how your rentals are doing. I started watching your channel back when you were talking about rentals, but you haven't talked about that in quite a while
I use Mercari & Poshmark. I never liked how EBay didn’t take fees out of each sale so then all of a sudden I’d have a several hundred dollar bill at the end of the month
I work in the ICQA department (inventory control/quality assurance) in a fulfillment center. You may be aware already but scanning the label doesn't always mean that's what the product is. Vendors often mislabel items. Causing the return. It's my job to determine why the item was returned and stop any others from going out. An example might be an item labeled for a Jeep ended up not fitting properly and was returned and ended up being for a different vehicle. Colors, sizes, and similar models often get mislabeled by vendors, sometimes accidentally sometimes deliberately (fraud) a less expensive similar item labeled as a more expensive. Vendors get their money and item gets returned.
rent a small storage unit for 120 bucks a month if you do a lot of this that's a small bit of overhead that should you have no trouble covering just a thought not a huge investment to make if your doing it as a regular side gig
I have an idea what is is. A fishing pole holder that's what it looks like to me I'm not sure what it's really called but that's what i remember them looking like
I actually had a similar incident that happened to me when I bought a weedeater that was in the store box at a local store. The box was not damaged and never looked like ever been open. Well when I opened it I saw the head was very well used, all scratched up and still had grass on it. Then I decided to take more of it out and it turned out it was not even the same type of weedeater that matched the picture on the box. So too me looked like the store got scammed. This weedeater I was getting was not a cheap one. The person had to plan this scam. The person had to really take their time of carefully opening up the box so there wouldn't be any damage on it. Took out the brand new expensive tool put their old crappy brand one in the box and taped it back up very good and returned it to the store and made some sort of excuse to get the money back. I was able to take back and trade it in for another one. We opened the new box to make sure it was fine before we finished the return process. The people that were helping me, I can see their face reactions in disbelief to this scam.
I love this channel so much! You guys are an inspiration. I will start this ASAP. Also, can you guys link us to these products when you sell them? Im interested in the watch winder since mine broke lol
A couple of questions for Jamie and Sarah, or anyone else who does resell return pallets. 1. When you sell an item, I know it is "as is" but do YOU take returns and refund the buyers money? And if so, on what conditions do you do that? 2. What do you do with the unsellable items? Like in this video, the used mop and the used "Hot Fudge" thingamajig?
Great questions! Yes we do take returns if there was an issue that we did not disclose in the listing. We are happy to do so if the buyer pays for shipping. We try to thoroughly describe and inspect each item but it still does happen occasionally. The unsellable items are usually recycled/disposed of if they can't be donated.
We’ve done both. I think it does help and is worth doing if you can afford it. We have noticed that if we list a few items per day we sell things a LOT faster. If we stop listing for a while, our sales suddenly slow too 🧐
@@JAMIEANDSARAH Wow, you guys are FAST! Thanks so much for getting back to me! I am still watching your other videos! Ha...good to know. I heard their algorithm was set that we are better listing 2 per day than 30 in a day and stopping. Thank you so much! You guys got me back into it! I did this years ago buying storage units before it was a thing and they were only a $100. I quit after the show launched. I love your approach!
Those are NOT bug killers. I mean, sure they are right out of the box, but if you through in a six-pack when you sell it, you can market them as 'Red-Neck Entertainment Centers.
Love these videos, and I would love for you to do a Q&A video. I see the MSRP price tally, but are you reselling the items at MSRP? Do people actually pay full price on damaged and previously opened boxes? What about shipping? Shipping has skyrocketed. Obviously, you list and have the buyer pay for shipping, but that takes me back to "what are these items actually selling at?" Given a brand new, unopened option for less than MSRP and free shipping on Amazon, that seems hard to compete with. Or do you do local pickup only on eBay? What about the cost after all is said and done; the work, the eBay fees, the PayPal fees, etc.? These are the questions we'd love to know but have never gotten full answers on, so a video like that would be phenomenal. Thanks!
Thanks for watching! Be sure to check out our full Pallet Flipping playlist here: ua-cam.com/play/PL-DxGggo9JMI3tKfAPdlDcKPFuafI2fZc.html
why does jamie only say"I" and "we" because they both are 1 so shouldn't it be said "we"
So, when you say you sell on eBay, is that at auction?
Where can I get those pallet
It is so cool how excited both of you are to do this together. Having a common passion looks amazing. Have a fantastic life!

That’s a great video idea. We’ve estimated it before and it’s somewhere in the $20-30/hr range. Not a bad way to make extra money!

Love GRPL!! Pallet flipping is so fun! It's like Christmas morning opening up all the boxes and finding out what they are and what they're worth.
I love the watch winder I purchased one for my hubby last Christmas, he stores his Rolex watches in there when not in use… only thing I’m not keen on is the noise it makes when rotating….
That vac chamber and pump is used to purge the butane out of concentrated cannabis oil. I have one like it.
Sarah’s choice for the win! Looks like a good ROI should happen on this one! Good luck!
I have no interest in doing this for a job because the return isn’t high enough for me BUT boy oh boy I loveee watching these!
12:53 well got holder for the ever elusive iMac lol keep the faith that one will slip through one day lol
🤣🤣
1 video and I'm hooked. You guys are fun to watch. I will try this in New Zealand, after I moved
Can I just say I really enjoy the cute chickens just kinda walking around in the background :)
It's like Christmas at your house, opening up gifts. Some packages are temping to keep. Good luck in your sales.
Love you Guys and the Chickens in the back!
Such helpful tips on the barcodes & photos.
The video was fun to watch because of the two of you! Happy selling!
This was a really good video thanks for sharing. I am trying to get the courage to try reselling starting with the items I already own.

That open shelving goes with the wicker baskets
So nice to see that you’re it very far away from 10000 subscribers!! I’ve been watching since you had about 20, you guys are such an inspiration 🥰
Thanks so much!! 😁😁
You guys inspire me to do pallet flipping. It looks like a lot of fun opening up your pallet not knowing what you have. Where do you guys buy your pallet from?
I saw how tall your pallet was, you might want to get a cargo net, straps do come undone sometimes and a net would give a little extra protection.

Love watching your videos. Trying to decide if this would be a good business for me.
Love watching your videos, it’s so interesting seeing the different items whether good or bad! How many items do you end up keeping for yourselves?
those little metal things with the spiral thing around it, maybe for a dirt bike? struts or something?

There’s a reason why they sent it back. It’s defective so they get the shipping on eBay and then they’ll get it returned because it’s an effective.
Great video. How to Find Local Places to Buy Amazon returns pallets?
Replacement springs for a washer !
"medical bench" lol
Those small rods with springs are suspension for a top load washer.
At the 3 minute mark, were those dryer lint brushes? From what I saw, that's what they looked like.
Top Load Washer Suspension Kit is what the springs on the bars were.
Ahh thank you!!
dude !! i knew i had seen them before somewhere spot on
Fun video to watch but I'm really just here for the chickens!
GR MI? Started doing FBA back in March cool to see some other local sellers.
I saw that you uploaded a video and I was SO excited! I love watching your videos! All the way in Germany 🥰
Aww thanks a ton!! 😁😁
I know I'm late, but those are washer suspension rods/springs.
great pallet

Bought a walmart returns pallet, inside one of the boxes was brand new retail pokemon cards.. sold all of them within 3 days of listing.
That's awesome!!!! So cool. Congrats!
How does Walmart sell their pallets?
Riverside California 💕
What do you do with the broken or non-working products you get?
Those spring things in the beginning is for a washing machine
@3:06 those are for a washing machine, they hold the drum in place and act as shocks while it spins and such.
Oh thank you!!!
th e2 metal sticks you got that you didnt know what it was is more then likely a fire pit hotdog and marshmallow cooker
My favorite part....the chicken
I love watching you open these palettes!! So on the MSRP counter, is that the worth or what you'll make on it?
MSRP is what the items are worth if you were to buy them on Amazon(retail). We usually make 40-50% of that on average.
@@JAMIEANDSARAH Thank you!! That's what I thought, just making sure
I’m checking EBay after this. Those items are in good shape.
I've got tons of college fees and loans. Do you teach how to start the business and what required documents or licenses is needed?
Ok I'm talking my wife into this tonight. Thank You both for the inspiration.
Good luck! 🍀
@@JAMIEANDSARAH can you help direct us on where to buy pallets. Thanks for your videos, very inspiring.
Can. you tell me where I can find these in Maryland. I searched on facebook marketplace but didn't find anything substantial.
I couldn’t find anything in my area either, so I searched google maps and found a couple within a 100 miles of me.
Do you guys ship the items in the boxes they come in or how does that work?
When listing the items on ebay do you account for the fees when you pick a price? Do you price the item a little higher then?
Nice box u are going to make you money back I'm new hope u have a auction
I love your videos. Not brave enough to get a pallet yet ! I am a big fan love from Bath, England.
Thanks so much for watching! 😊😊
When you sell on eBay, how do you know the cost to ship?
you can buy new spin mop heads & sell it!!
Where do you sell these products?
Nice video.
Did you open a separate FB Marketplace for your items? Versus just your regular account in your name?
Love your videos! Do you simply list your items or do you pay extra for eBay to promote your item? If so, have you found it worth it? Thanks much

How long does it take for an item listed on eBay/Amazon to sell?(I know some items move faster than others but what the average time?)
My question is where do I start in Sacramento CA area?

Id like to find a Amazon liquidation pallet dealer...
How do you find liquidation centers that aren’t online?
Any spin mops and bucket I will take. I donate them to our local woman’s shelter.
