One of our Boulder, CO Instructors Marie came along for our Greece 2022 Mentorship last November and we were lucky enough to capture this epic sunset Flow on one of the Amorgos rooftops. Animal Flow has been one of the greatest gifts in my life, and a gift that keeps on giving. 💝
Not only has it gifted me the most incredibly supportive and loving community around the world, but it’s gifted me a language that’s allowed me to go deeper into the exploration of my body’s innate intelligence. It’s gifted me a relationship with gravity that’s fundamentally changed how I approach all of my movement arts. It’s gifted me the inspiration to trust my instincts, my creativity, my desire for flow. It’s been my guiding light in my journey channeling and cultivating @intuitivemovement_. ❤️‍🔥
