Breathe. That’s my number one advice. Take a moment, breathe. Do what are able to do. Putting too much pressure on yourself can be a double edged sword. I’m glad to see you doing well.
I appreciate your determination in videos but you now have a lot more on your plate. Don’t get burnt out with doing this, working two jobs and regulating yourself back into the free world around you.
I really appreciate your comment. I have already been thinking of dropping the second job if I can’t get myself regulated to everything in a way that is satisfying to me. You are offering very sound advice here ❤❤
John 3 16-21! 16 For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. 17 For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him. 18 Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because they have not believed in the name of God’s one and only Son. 19 This is the verdict: Light has come into the world, but people loved darkness instead of light because their deeds were evil. 20 Everyone who does evil hates the light, and will not come into the light for fear that their deeds will be exposed. 21 But whoever lives by the truth comes into the light, so that it may be seen plainly that what they have done has been done in the sight of God.
@@WaiWill like we don't go around saying god isn't real. i hate when people just randomly start talking about their god. just like "you going to be saved" and stuff like that, you think that. we dont!
Love this behind-the-scenes look at how you balance content creation, work, and self care in your healing journey. You are a shining light and role model for others who want to heal from addiction and/or tell their personal healing story. Setting boundaries, limiting your availability, and protecting your energy is the example so many of us need to see, myself included. Boundaries are the antidote to the people-pleasing that can result in deprioritizing our mental balance, which is priority #1. Thank you Brian 🙏
Please stay on track. Your subscribers would be very disappointed if you didn’t. I can tell that you are a smart person. Take care of your physical and mental health. And keep smiling for miles!

Thank you for sharing your life with us,don’t get overwhelmed, I myself started on a life of sobriety from drugs and alcohol on December 8th,2013, I had a few relapses along the way, I now have a little over 3 years clean, I bought a camper van and am traveling the U.S. I keep my life as simple as possible and give back to those who are struggling with this disease and that it what keeps me sober. And I’d say nature is a big part of it. So happy for your new found freedom, life is really precious as you well know, take good care of yourself.😎
Hey man glad to see your channel grow so much. With the amount of subs you have you could make this a job. You could make living doing this. Totally up to you, personally I would keep working but try to post at least once per week. Consistency is key when it coming to posting and gathering a following.
I don’t know if you’ll even see this, but here’s one bit of advice. Life is the life you’re rebuilding right now. It’s not something you move towards. What you’re rebuilding right now, you will take with you into the future whatever it holds. Let this ability to rebuild be the foundation that gives you the courage to face whatever comes even if you don’t get exactly what you’re hoping for
We love your content but more than anything we want you mentally and physically healthy. You can not pour from an empty cup, take care of yourself!!! So grateful to be on this journey with you.
I have no idea how the UA-cam algorithm decided to suggest your channel to a little old Canadian woman, but having caught up on your story I have to say I'm happy for where you are now, and wish you all the very best as you move into the next phase of your life. (Oh, and the headrest of your desk chair reminds me of Sesame Street's Count, even though his big tall collar is all black.)
A life with a daily rhythm of rest, cleanliness and regularity is best for all of us. It may sound old-fashioned, but it is a truism. It is the most important thing for a healthy, physically and psychologically, life.
You literally look like a different person…it’s kinda blowing my mind. Like compared to your other videos before you got out on parole. Idk know if it’s your just healthier but wow. Freedom changed you already! Amazing work!
You look like a mixture between Brad Pitt and Matt Damon. Thanks for sharing your journey with us, and "the elimination of choices" when you have a set routine is quite profound
❤ You are such an inspiration. Be kind and gentle with yourself as you build your free and clear life. I love when you share your heart. You have helped me continue to heal. We do not know each other, but I am so grateful to have discovered you. Flourish away!!! ❤

I would love to see more vlog like content of your new life!
You showed up in my recommended with A Day in the Life on House Arrest. You seem like a really nice guy. I haven't watched any other videos yet, but you seem like you are heading in the right direction. You make mistake, you pay for mistakes and now you get to move forward. Don't let things overwhelm you. Don't break your routines that make you happy while you add new things in. I look forward to enjoying your journey.
I’ve been following you for quite a while now and I can see how you’ve progressed and seem more at ease. I have learned a lot from you. I hope you do keep making these videos. You explain your personal growth so well. 😊👍
I’m glad to see you’ve been doing well! I found your channel through the hiking video and your story is incredibly inspiring. I look forward to future videos, but don’t burn yourself out on UA-cam, make sure to pay attention to your own needs first and foremost :)
When I worked for a telco, you were taught to limit a customer’s choices so that they are not overwhelmed and would make a decision easier. Good on you for expressing your experiences so far, if I had a tracker on my ankle for as long as you did, I would have taken as much time off UA-cam as you did. Keep up the great job you are doing. Cheers from Canada.
Hey man awesome videos I just stumbled on your videos a few days ago with your day in a life. Congrats on finally being free from your bracelet. I loved the hiking video. I love hiking and the outdoors. Can you do a review of all your camping gear and tent. Did you like the tent? Maybe more outdoor camping hiking video's could be a good content idea. Thanks and amazing job your doing. You have an awesome smile and positive attitude!
Those of us familiar with addiction are holding you accountable, looking forward to your next video. Continue your journey with grace and I hope (medication) your path gets clearer as time goes on.
I’ve been working my way through your older videos. I can relate to some of your stress. I’m in nursing and I’ve had family members pass traumatically and unexpectedly. It’s such a struggle but you have been killing it. You’re an inspiration. Can’t wait to follow your next journey of freedom.
I am so proud of you Brian! Take as much time as you need.. we will be here.. I was just thinking about you the other day.. he hasn’t posted anything in awhile. I hope everything is okay. I can imagine how overwhelming it can be to be back into the “real” world… do it correctly and stay focused and on track.. I got you!
Good to see you again and good to get a update from you! We're of course happy to get videos from you but don't worry if you don't always find the time - enjoy the freedom here in the beginning and most importantly take care of yourself!
I’m so incredibly proud of the progress you’ve made and continue to make. Please just be careful about taking on too much at once - that can be especially stressful and trigger old habits and issues, as I’m sure you already know. Sending all the love your way 💜
I hear you! I used to believe I was a “free spirit “. Turns out I function and feel more comfortable with structure! You have really turned your life around! That’s really great! I’m so happy for you ♥️
