I just got it. You have to go the Gta online phone and go to bennys original motorworks. Buy a Karin Sultan then take the car to Benny workshop, upgrade the shop (which costs a little) then a bunch of new options pop up, click livery and press Princess robot bubblegum then do whatever you want. I hope this helps☺️

Guys you need to unlock Benny’s motor works, search up a tutorial for that and then you purchase the upgrade. This won’t work in los santos customs
