  • During Darrell Brooks' trial on Wednesday morning, Judge Jennifer Dorow and Brooks, who is charged in the Waukesha Christmas parade attack, clashed over plans for the jury to view the SUV he's alleged to have driven into the crowd. The judge said she'd like Brooks to be present, but Brooks continued to question why the jury even needed to see the SUV - if he was not consenting to view it himself. The judge flatly stated, "Your lack of consent is not going to stop this jury view."

      This right here is the root of his demeanor. Women are beneath him…. They just need to answer his questions and do as he says. That’s it. When Erica didn’t comply she felt the wrath… when the wrath didn’t work he lost it because the he knew the cops where in the way… he wouldn’t have the chance to shut her up for good. He’s definitely unhinged and out of control.

      I get why the SUV was shown. But they did see those pics, that clearly showed the damage done by the bodies. I’m so glad their original plan was not carried out. In the pretrial hearing, where they requested the jury view. Originally they wanted to take the jurors on the view of the actual route, where this tragedy happened. It was approved. But for some reason, it wasn’t mentioned here.🤷‍♀️

      We all must be aware of the facT, facT that the alleged defendant who doesn't CONSENT to being called by that name is the HUMEN being ( he clearly stated he is NOT a person, he is a HUMEN).
      He is the one who has said repeatedly that according to the constitution he objects to everything under the sun going on with the trial.
      He actually told Judge Dorow that constitutional rights are decided based on HIS understanding of the constitution.

      If the murder weapon is in possession of the prosecution it’s marked as evidence and shown to the jury.
      I’m a total LAW & ORDER addict and have watched 22 seasons of it; many episodes multiple times.
      But if you’ve seen ONE murder trial on TV you’ve seen the weapon.
      Come to think of it, I’ve never heard a defendant yell s/he doesn’t consent to the jury seeing the murder weapon.
      Neither has the defense attorney.
      Those defendants HAD attorneys, because they’re smart enough to know they aren’t smart enough to represent themselves.

      It is truly unfortunate, but there are far too many people who have no regard or respect for the process it takes to become a professional. Our society has become one in which everybody thinks they can be anything they tell themselves they can be- WITHOUT having to take the time and energy to go through the education and training process. They actually resent professionals and act like they can match or supersede their education, training and years of experience. If they can look something up online, they think that surpasses( or at least matches) ‘all that other stuff’. They will argue with a real professional with ignorance and disdain - just like this idiot. It is sickening.

    This whole ordeal is a case study for narcissism. This guy has talked his way out of every bad situation for his entire life. His tactics of arguing are identical to how a rebellious 13 year old argues with their exhausted single mother. It’s just repetitive and abusive until you wear the other person down. It doesn’t really work with other adults (they’ll either ignore you, fire you, arrest you, or knock you out), which makes sense for why he’s accomplished so little in life.

      @QemeH Рік тому +15

      @@LadyEzri I feel the need to insult him and am all for it, so knock yourself out. But in all truths, he is way to sophisticated in his arguments for a 2-year old. The judge actually references that in this video when she points out that he made an argument of right to counsel vs. right to the assistance of counsel, which is a legal nuance that requires a certain amount of comprehensive analasys of a body of law and/or educational material about it. In fact, even the teenager comparison is off, because while he is being petulant, disruptive and repetative, that is not because of his inability to argue finer points. It is his _strategy_ to confuse, confound, distract and delay. In moments when we catch hints about his _real_ self (for example in the recorded phone calls from jail) you can plainly see that he is cleverer than he lets on here. He's may not be very well educated, but he has the intellect to grasp complex topics relatively fast, when he wants to. It's just that he (a) actually doesn't feel responsible, because Erica made him mad and that's the only reason he did this, so she should be here and (b) enjoys the attention and show these proceedings are for him. And both of those are just expressions of how an (adult) narcissist works, not a child.

    How idiotic you have to be to think that criminals give consent to view evidence in the court. God, can someone please push this narcissist DOWN? 😭 If that were the case, then all criminals would be free.
