Sooooooo true! The markup on every white pc part, monitor etc. is INSANE. If you want to have a fully white build you can expect +30% more cost compared to black.
And then even more for "limited" skinned products.

I have some stuff that is purly for the looks (LED fans, screen in pc etc.) but my keyboard for example would be 3x as much if it was white so no thanks^^
Pretty wild how fast pc companies embraced black as uniform color. Used to be so many red blue or yellow components. And of course unsleeved multi color cables

to be honest: I like the "cute" theme. If the tax for aesthetics wouldn't be so high, I totally would go that route.
Some of the things have less "cute" tax or you do not need. Like the power supply you do not see anyway. A white aircooler instead of expensive watercooler with exensive fan with expensive screen.
@@DerBlaueRabe42I'd say you can 100% get a better gpu for that money, just in white, and add $1 PVC stickers or hand-paint it if you're inclined. Same for the MoBo, there's plenty of good fully white options for cheaper.

I do dislike the 'cute' tax when they show G735 headphones for 200$ without mentioning anything about their quality, but I guess that's for another video. Something that is nice about them is that they can be wired or wireless.
I've seen quite a few cute gaming set ups and white is usually the more dominant color choice but pink purple and green are popular as well. So cute without pink is possible if that's what floats your boat.

The only deskpad that's aesthetically pleasing to me is the Northern Lights one, and while I want to see the quality of the deskpads compared to ones I've owned and the one I currently use, I vastly prefer the aesthetics of my current (non-kawaii/cute but really cool Japanese inspired) deskpad. Since I can't physically touch an LTT store deskpad until I buy one, I've put off buying one until there's cuter or more aesthetic options that I like. If you guys made a deskpad with even one small kitty on it, I would buy it. Or comfy cozy vibes of course...

It's jarring. I won't explain why, like someone else would, because reacting to a price doesn't mean you don't understand the reasons behind it. Here's hoping that the demand for more colorful PC parts will go up, and that there'll be some colorful trend setters in large scale production.

curious to hear thoughts by linus in regards to LKBC, with Stray it was about finding the prompt and it allows you to jump where as in LKBC press or press and hold to aim.. I found it's a little fiddly with jumping onto a ledge above you, or sometimes it does/doesn't climb the ledge when the cursor is below it but I was playing on controller, might be easier to aim on mouse.
I can't say enough good things about those corsair fans and their 420 version of this aio as well! Love all 9 fans in my rig and the display looks awesome! Definitely the best cable managing experience I've ever had easily especially with 9 fans and a pump!
How did you manage to fit 9 LTT fans in your rig?

I love watching LTT but this was probably my favorite video of theirs, Pink is my favorite color and I agree how hard it is to get anything gamer that is also pink, so my setup feels very neutral but this might push me to add some cute lil flowers here and there 😻

These are the types of videos I expect from this channel.
Linus here's an idea build a BMO gaming PC. His face could be the monitor or just a display that has a animation of all his different facial expressions and quotes on the faceplate can have 2 USB ports at the front the face buttons can be power(red) and reset button(whichever) and the dpad can be used for bios keys (kinda like hotkeys)

If Bulbasaur PC didn't exist, I'd think the kawaii decoration was nice. But seeing it side by side, it felt as if the kawaii decoration wasn't given much thought other than just throwing in white and pink flowers.
