My skin improved a lot and rarely nalang magka-acne, thanks to you, Jan. Although, I have a few acne scars/indented ones na di naman that noticeable, but it still bothers me lalo na pag may certain lighting that shows it clearly. I'm using Cerave Renewing SA Cleanser and Cerave moisturizer. I stopped using the benzoyl peroxide spot treatment because my acne breakouts aren't leaving me alone, my acne is increasing each day. I'm confused coz I've seen other videos that they put it on and leave it for 2 hours then rinse it off afterwards. Only then they'll use sunscreen.

Always my go to channel every time I need help on my skin conditions. I notice d I'm having small tiny bumps with pus around my mouth. Its so uglyyy plus the white heads sa nose. Klued moisturizer helps but still bumabalik balik pa rin.

As someone na hindi mawala wala ung tiny bumps sa face ko despite using SA, niacinamide, etc. , parang nasagot na lahat sa video na to lahat ng mga katanungan ko. Grabe sobrang thank you dito!! Minsan kasi talaga di mo alam kung purging pa ba nangyayare sa face mo or irritation na talaga dun sa active ingredient

Very informative but all the actives mentioned should be used with caution. Although we're living in the same 'almost-all-year-round' summer, humid climate, it is also very important to consider our skin type. Specially if you have sensitive skin, you cannot just apply on anything based on what worked with others. As Dr. Shereene mentioned, 'not all skin are created equal' 😊
So we can use a salicylic acid facial wash and tretinoin on the same routine?
