Exploding Wire in Vacuum

This is basically a 25 Megawatt flash lamp, yeah it only last for like 0.5 milliseconds but it can still flash blind you. Not saying that from experience but this gets bright.
So I put about 3000 Volts though 0.3 Ohms of wire. When you do the math the it comes out to around 25 MW.
