Hitting the biggest jump in the bikepark!

As my search for bigger air continues, I headed out to Chicksands for a ride.
In my mind I really wanted to hit the big step up on the Bull Run but wasn't sure if I could get my head round it.
Here's the vid which got me pumped and helped me pull the trigger to end the day.

I take magnesium tablets for my quad and calf cramps, also plenty of bananas

Yeah, bananas give me heartburn so have to be careful with them. I'm usually fine but didn't drink much through the day so it's my own fault
