    Last Question about ADU was a thinly veiled NIMBY question. How do you describe ADU zoning as "unintended apartments"? This guy does not want density. ADU purpose is to add density. These same people show up to NPU to vote down all MR-MU's applications as well. Why? because it would add density. These idiots need to be beaten down by city officials. Stop beating around the bush. Affordable housing can only be achieved through more supply or less demand. No one proposes zoning changes for creating less demand (like these guys really want). Who speaks for the hundreds of thousands of people who want to live here in the future? No one, because they do not pay taxes and do not vote (yet). Yet these supply-side zoning pros never tell them the hard truth of why ADUs and MR-MUs are not optional, but required to meet ATL goals
