Good to know. I always wondered about those kits.

When you cancel. They send you great deals to come back. Sometimes it’s 2.99 a meal. I get the 10 and freeze it. I cancel every few months and skip often

I freeze my meals. They reheat well

I'm a sucker and believed them when they said not to freeze. Lol - I should have just tried freezing them. If I get the meals again, I will definitely do that!

I love Factor meals! I get the high protein meals. They are so convenient for during the work week. You definitely have to decide which program you are following because the keto meals are high fat and calories don't really matter to keto eaters. I like that I can skip weeks. Also, even though it is not recommended by Factor (probably because they want you to keep ordering) I do freeze them and have had no issues.

I totally fell for their "no freezing" guideline - and I think you are right that it is probably more of a marketing ploy. lol
I will probably reactivate soon and give it a try again - including freezing the meals I can't get to in time.

Omg Nicole we are exactly alike about chicken!! I must be unlucky or what because I always get the gristle and fat pieces when I eat chicken! It’s too bad because I do like it but tend to eat other things because of the unexpected texture!! I thought I was the only one who gets grossed out.

People always think I’m so strange when I talk about chicken issues! So glad to have found a kindred spirit!

Hi Nicole! I'm about 4 weeks away from having gastric bypass and really enjoying your videos. This past summer when my kids were at camp and I had several weeks of just cooking for one, I tried Hungryroot and was pretty happy with it. I thought it was somewhere in between Factor, where you get a premade meal, and Hello Fresh, where you get a sack of ingredients and a recipe card and it's labor intensive. With Hungryroot, you get groceries and recipes, but a bit more prepared ahead. So the recipe card might be "open the pre-marinated chicken, top with the container of fresh sauce" as opposed to "zest the lemon" levels of preparation. They have an edible raw cookie dough made from chickpeas that I would rejoin just to stock my fridge with if I didn't know I would binge eat it all. Overall I really liked the options and you can choose meals based on high protein (among many other dietary options). They also have a lot of veggie and vegan options. By the way, I have watched most of your videos back to back and the transformation from month to month is astounding. You look fantastic and really seem happy!
