◆ 1 mini kent pumpkin, 350g
2 slices of ham
2 tablespoons chopped onion
1 teaspoon olive oil
a little bit of salt and pepper
1 egg
50g mozzarella cheese
1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
0.5 teaspoon parsley powder
◆ Washing pumpkin
1 tablespoon baking soda
1 tablespoon vinegar
◆ Kent pumpkin milk
50g of fiber from the inside of pumpkin
200ml milk

Medium Cooking Difficulty
Cooking time 30 minutes
15 minutes of cleaning and trimming pumpkin
Cut pumpkin in 2 minutes
Cook eggs 3 minutes
Air fryer 180 degrees 10 minutes
