Hooray! Today I finally man’d up and ordered my silver desk mount from Monster Tech for my TM Hotas Warthog set. I only have a small gaming room so I cannot get a rig. These mounts are the next best alternatives for me. These high quality metal mounts are so much cheaper than a decent rig. I originally thought they were a bit expensive but then again I have got the TM Warthog set and also the TM TPR Rudder Pedals so why then scrimp on a cheap mount which won’t last and I also don’t have the skills to build my own. They look super strong, not over bearing and bulky, fantastic mechanisms for adjusting, high quality metals and can be removed with ease when I need the desk for other things. I am sure in the future when you do not want them anymore, and you take care of them, you could sell them and get most of your money back! I can’t wait for mine to arrive! 🚁🛩
Mine just arrived today all the way to new Zealand awesome product wasn't expecting anything less from German engineering thanks for the gummy bears merry Christmas and a happy new year guys cheers
Was going to buy this and then saw it was £250+ for the set up, I'd happily pay £150 for it but I can't justify that amount, I hope I see the price eventually comes down, in the mean time I'll make the wooden mount I've seen in another popular video for a fraction of the price
@@mtsim Any news on the cheaper version of the mounts? Although I have seen some good DIY alternatives, I would rather buy some off the shelf mounts that save me the hassle. Price is a bit too steep for me so am looking forward to what you have in plan for the future.

Excellent solution, as others mentioned, price is high but you get what you pay for, a good end product AND it's easily removable. Question, what kind of wood did you clamp these on to? I have an Ikea desk and I wonder if the lightweight thin "wood" material of my desk will be too weak to handle the high pressure clamps. I have a feeling the area of my desk I would clamp to will get crushed.
Hey, you can use them on an IKEA desk. You actually do not have to use that much pressure. Even on a low setting the mounts are very stable. Cheers Olsen
@George Hale Good idea i have a 3/4 inch ikea desk and am worried about it cracking the end of the desk over time, a piece of wood or hard plastic should solve the issue.
I'm using the Saitek X55 H.O.T.A.S and I'm very interested in such a solution. It's looks well build and designed. But calculating with around 250 Euros for two plates, while I already spent 180 Euros for the H.O.T.A.S. is really out of my budget. Please don't me wrong, I know it's unique and not a mass product, but maybe it's an idea selling this pieces in a bundle for a lower price, instead of each piece sold seperately. Viele Grüße.
Hi, sadly we can not really lower the price. Actually our margin is quite low on the table mounts. We assemble them by hand and use only the best materials. Cheers Olsen
Been looking for these for ages and finally found them. Well impressed by your videos. I've literally just ordered the set. Cant wait to recieve them. Thank you
Seriously they're charging for 200+ Euros for the stick and throttle mounts when the HOTAS system itself can be half the price (e.g. X52). What are the mounts made of? Aluminum unicorn bones? Why not charge 500 Euros @MONSTERTECH? It'd be an equally ridiculous price.
Ich möchte mich ganz herzlich bei Euch für dieses tolle Produkt bedanken. Lieferung war perfekt. Verpackung sehr ordentlich. Aber jetzt zum wichtigsten, den Halterungen. Look amazing and very comfortable solution . In the video its a thicker surface and made of wood. Do they fit also for attachment on thinner , glass made surface tables ?
What a great product! I was searching for something like it as I didn't like the Aerosoft Wheel Stand Pro for the Warthog (Flightstick and throttle directly next to each other). I'm not aware of any other off-the-shelf mounts like this and yours. Yes they are not cheap but hey what would be the alternative? Not making and selling these products? Have had these for about 2 years (X-52). I recently moved my setup onto a plastic table, lower to the ground for a more realistic layout and feel when flying X-Plane, DCS, and Elite. Unfortunately these just won't stay gripped to the plastic, as both the top and underside of the table are too slick, and the edge of the top is rounded. The entire setup comes off in my hand after about 20 minutes of flying in Elite: Dangerous. The setup is great overall for what it does, but there's definitely not $100 worth of hardware or design work on each side. I'll be selling this set and finding another solution.

This is a free idea i have for you guys who make this. Why not make the Stick mount square so you only need to drill holes. Since these are a good idea, but i couldn't justify spending this amount of money on mounts due to the fact that the HOTAS these days are shit quality and would need to be replaced with something else and it would make these mounts useless.

Haha, I am sure god will not be that cruel. :) Sadly we do have a bit of delay right now, but we will do our best to not leave you hanging that long. Cheers Olsen
No worries! I've already waited the best part of a year saving up to afford all these individual parts for my rig, a few more weeks is not a big deal, especially when waiting for a product of this calibre. Thanks for all your hard work 07
This is a free idea i have for you guys who make this. Why not make the Stick mount square so you only need to drill holes. Since these are a good idea, but i couldn't justify spending this amount of money on mounts due to the fact that the HOTAS these days are shit quality and would need to be replaced with something else and it would make these mounts useless.
Hi,
that's why we offer you replaceable mounting plates, so you do not have to buy a complete new mount. Also we are working on a cheaper version right now.
Cheers
Olsen
