      I think they did that because one guy can't kill 4 people in 11 minutes on 3 floors walk by the not sleeping roommate with a knife and then for 8 hours some cleaning of blood must of been done because it would of been a blood bath in there it was coming outside the house 🤦‍♀️ so yes if they used the light to see where all the blood was they would be able to explain 1 guy doing it ! So the house had to go this way Noone can go back and disprove the roommate's crazy stories of where they where and how they didn't hear anything

      I think that may of been less to do with what they actually said and more to do with 911 transferring information to police and what they can and cannot say/speculate. For all we know they weren't talking about the victims inside but one of the roommates outside. I mean how your body reacts to seeing what those girls saw when coming out of their rooms.....
      I know when I was pregnant at got a txt from my close cousin saying she had just musscarried. My body reaction took over and I fainted/passed out while standing at the counter paying for whatever I bought. Just from glancing at the message that popped up on my screen.
      I can't even imagine the involuntary reaction those girls may of endured.
      But we'll only know when they release the phone call at trial which I assume they will (?)

      It does no good to speculate about this because they haven't released any transcripts or audio of the call. All we know is what the chief said in the press conference. Everything since that day has been under gag order and seal. I get it's to protect the case and ensure there's a fair trial, but at the same time it creates rumors and speculation. IMHO, I think that anything not found in the records should be looked at with caution until more info is released rather than speculation.

    My older sister lived in a similar party house.. Her theory is that all of them had/were using tons of drugs and alcohol, so their self preservation kicked in and the two surviving roommates needed to figure out what to do with everything when they woke up and saw the body. If they couldn't see the blood, couldn't they have believed the person was unconscious because of an overdose? Their behavior is in line with two young women who think they're going to get in trouble for smoking weed and popping a few pills, not recognizing the gravity of the situation. Their actions don't read to me as accomplices, but their actions are definitely strange and open to scrutiny. I wonder if Dylan was on a hallucinate, so she locked herself in her room, unsure of if she was hearing/seeing things. They were up so late for just doing some drinking, which would make someone more tired. Acid and shrooms make you stay up late. Curious about toxicology. Obviously pure speculation.

    • @Janellabelle
      @Janellabelle 2 місяці тому +17

      That's what I also think. That Dylan was so naive she thought the cops would arrest her for underage drinking, so she didn't call to report the quadruple murder until she woke up a little more sober...which is horrible. We don't know if emergency attn could have saved them or not yet, so she's kinda responsible for them not receiving immediate medical care...which is a shame.

      @@JanellabelleDidn’t the coroner say they would have bled out quickly? I think that given their injuries, it’s unlikely they would’ve been saved but that’s something we’ll never know. I’m sure both those poor girls suffer with survivor guilt and live with enough pain without the public speculating on their involvement or not calling 911 sooner. Maybe there was alcohol or drugs involved and they were scared, who knows, I just feel so sorry for them.

    • @Janellabelle
      @Janellabelle 2 місяці тому +2

      @Sarah-Harvey yes, she said they bled out quickly, but she didn't say there was no hope for them if they had received immediate medical attn. I hope they didn't suffer long. I hope D doesn't think about that, though. Thats a heavy thing to deal with, wondering if you could've done something for them if you had just tried. I do feel bad for her, of course. I just don't understand why she did that. You've been drunk before I assume. But wouldn't you still be perfectly able to report a man dressed in black with a mask on as well, slipping out your back door AFTER hearing all she heard? But I think we will get some answers when it goes to trial...she probably has a good excuse for not calling sooner I just can't imagine it because I'm not her and don't think like her. Yes, D & B will deal with PTSD for the rest of their lives. I imagine they don't sleep well at night...and have survivors guilt. They ARE victims. I just don't understand the 911 call delay. If she was so scared, which she said he scared her into a "frozen shock", wouldn't she want to call the cops as soon as she watched him leave? Weird. And then weird calling a crowd of her friends over and having one of them call from her phone. The whole thing is something out of a horror movie and I really hope they have the right guy. Everyones lives are important.🤷🏼‍♀️ It always makes me really sad when different cases don't get the coverage maybe because of who the victim is. When there is a victim they all deserve to be covered because no one deserves to have their life taken from them... Unless you're one of the sickos that hurt people and children... Then an eye for an eye. And I don't mean to go in a whole rant here but it always pisses me off when they don't want to be sentenced to death or they're like freaking out when they have to go to prison as if they didn't just kill an innocent person or hurt an innocent child or person....

    A neighbor with a balcony that was across from the victims' house, who partied with them off an on, said that the girls who weren't graduating yet, were heavily into drug use and purchasing as a group, and that they were both messed up on drugs and also covering for the drugs and paraphernalia in the house, instead of calling 911 to report until 11am, while they were calling their friends as early as 7am, and those friends were calling others, and kids were coming to the house to see the murder scene PRIOR to any report being given to the police. Many corroborating students had cell phones with messages about the murders 3-4 hours before police were called or notified! Many calls were made by those roommates.This same neighbor girl was also doing drugs and drinking that night at her party-house with a balcony that could see the victims, getting grubhub in the middle of the night, with probable drug use among the roommates there. The scene was reported as not like a simple stabbing, but like a deer-gutting, hunter-style, gory, extremely violent and bloody scene with paritally disembowelled corpses. The roommates who didn't call the police until 11 am, claimed they thought their roommates were "unconscious". That's not a credible claim. The drug use and it's affects may have been the main reason for the roommates to not know if they were hallucinnating and paranoid, or if they'd really seen what they'd seen.I think the roommates need to be brought up on some kind of charges, and interrogated further. Not calling for help, not reporting to the police, and contacting all kinds of peers, instead, several hours ahead of contacting the police, seems like a crime of negligence. Claiming their room-mates were "unconscious", when covered in blood with their bodies sliced open and hacked to bits with guts outside their bodies,... that makes NO sense. Those roommates need to answer for their inaction and failure to call for medical or police help for their roommates. These kids were deep into the drugging party scene and had a lot to hide. They were thinking of themselves. Maybe they thought the situation was drug-dealer related, and they were afraid, but they did not dial 9-1-1, to help their roommates in any way, for maybe 8 hours? That's unacceptable by any measure, and those roommates should answer for that.

      The 911 call was made closer to 12 noon. So if they woke up around 11, they probably needed the bathroom but Ethan was lying on the floor just outside the bathroom. Depending on who woke up first (Dylan or Bethany) they would immediately have gone to whoever they were closest to in the house - whether it was upstairs to Kaylee & Maddie, or downstairs to Bethany. The two of them must have been beyond traumatised at that point. A rational person may phone 911 but no one knows how they will react under those circumstances.

    What’s super suspicious to me is he claims to have "OCD.” His office at school was "OCD” clean but yet his apartment wasn’t. That doesn’t make any sense. OCD doesn’t flip off when you get comfortable in your apartment… it never stops and especially where you live. Many people joke and spat it out a lot but most don’t understand it’s a true disorder that is very hard to live with. Very different than just tidying up a place. Everything about the case is crazy and I have to say that’s an understatement. A lot just doesn’t make sense. I will never understand how he managed to commit such a gruesome crime and not have a drop of blood in his vehicle. The same vehicle he used to commit the atrocities. Even if he had disposed everything he was wearing… his eyebrows were exposed. With 4 people being slaughtered, it would absolutely be everywhere including on him. How would he fight off and murder 2 girls, go down a floor, kill a young man that was athletic and close to his size, then Xana put up such a fight, a dog in a constant bark, and other people alive and nobody makes a sound? It almost seems impossible. I know we don’t know everything but it just doesn’t make sense. Even being intoxicated noise had to be made. I do think the house being tore down was a big mistake. Even with being constantly reminded , it’s not like it’s going to make everything go away with the house absent. It still happened there and people will always remember. I think they just didn’t want outsiders coming to the location and with demolishing the house would alleviate that. The people that currently live there, will still be reminded. The victims and families deserve justice and I just didn’t see what the rush was.

      @@synaesthesia4183 because indigenous women go missing at much much higher rates than any other ethnicity. Their disappearances aren't taken seriously by authorities so very few are solved. If you look at the numbers in America and also Canada the numbers are astounding. And it's not like the cases were unsolvable there's dozens of cases where families are pleading for police to help but they just won't. One case an indigenous woman was in an Uber who deviated from their course and took her in the opposite direction. She was on the phone panicking and even called 911 but wasn't believed. The amount of data from cell and Uber could solve the case instantly but it wasn't investigated. She is presumed dead now

    I can’t shake the feeling that the surviving roommates are super shady. I completely understand being afraid to come out but to not even call or text 911? After Dylan literally saw the stranger that was probably covered in blood? To claim they heard absolutely nothing given the struggle that ensued on the second floor? How did they not find them before 11am when Zana & Ethan were in plain sight? Calling them in to authorities as “unconscious” when it’s clear from the injuries it was so much more serious than that. Being so afraid they had to invite a whole group of people over? Why would they have been so afraid if they simply believed their friends were unconscious? None of it makes any sense.
    And since when do they refuse to release the 911 call? All of it is extremely suspicious.
    Bryan’s arrogance after he was first caught was sickening. He was so certain he was going to get away with it. Almost as if he had assurances of some sort. He was quite literally caught destroying and disposing of evidence. He had no reason to believe his life wasn’t over at that moment.
    At this point I don’t understand how he hasn’t just given a full confession. The evidence against him is beyond overwhelming,it’s absolutely damning. They may not have all the details correct but they have enough that he should know he’s cooked.

I respect your opinion and enjoy your content, but many of the "facts" you have declared in this episode have been clearly debunked in the public hearings that have taken place in the recent months......It seems all you have done is repeat main stream media myths to further the narrative........I suggest watching the court proceedings and reading the documents filed in Latah County before re-visiting this story again!! My intentions are in no way to create tension or any other negative purposes. There are many people that are very respected in the legal field that believe that this man is not only not guilty, but 100% innocent, and for good reason. I have no opinion one way or the other because there is just too much that no one in the public eye knows, so I'll wait for that information to form an opinion. I would like to see creators such as yourself prepare your stories based on factual evidence based on court documents and proceedings, as opposed to the stories that float through the various main stream and social media channels. Just like the people that believe in his innocence, there is also a large section of the population that have already convicted this guy, and bottom line, that is NOT how the judicial system in the United States is supposed to function! Maybe that's true, maybe it's a load of BS; maybe there's evidence to back it up, maybe there's evidence to discredit it. But either way, that's an actual location 45 minutes away from the scene of the crime. Fixating on "seeing the moon and stars," while leaving out the actual substantive claim being made, serves no clear journalistic purpose.

You invent a lot, you interpret a lot of evidence as you see it fit to condemn BK. You even use ridicule and mocking where it has absolutely no place. Shame. I hope that, even though you are now a great creator and make good money and have a quality life thanks to those of us who watched you, you will still gather your conscience and return to paying attention to details as u did before and give us quality over quantity! I don't want to, God forbid, even think that you were paid by the main media to do this narrative, because that's what it looks like. Yes it is baffling. The door dash just moments before is also amazing. If the boy was standing up when the unsub appeared -- which appears to be the case if he fell in the hallway -- then there would have been a fight: blood would have been spattered all over the place, and there would have been non-trivial noise. The neighbor's cam did pick up the sound of a thud, which was probably Ethan falling. Maybe it was so dark that he didn't brace for a fight. On the other hand, they had just gotten the food and seems like still would have been eating (i.e. with lights on). One theory I have is that D. *did* call 911 right away and they waved it off as typical party house noise. (Are they obligated to send a squad car for every call? Even so, maybe a squad car drove by and everything was dark and peaceful by then.) There's a lot we don't know and unfortunately, maybe never will.

She has been trying to get all of the evidence from the PCA that they would not hand over to her. She questions 2 of the lead LE officers about evidence missing. The answers from them are shocking. Not only that, though. The procesution states in a public hearing that Bryan did not stalk any of the victims on social media or any time. Also, while questioning one of the officers, he asked about the camera footage of Bryans car. I believe it was Payne. She asked him, " Do you believe the car in the camera footage is Bryan's car". The peers who were called and came to the house for hours prior to the roommates' call to 9-1-1, had been inside the house and also said the attack was not a stabbing but more like a "gutting", as one would do to a deer or animal, not like stabbing a human to kill, but more of a hacking. Still the roommates waited 4 hours after they had texted their friends, to alert the police, never calling an ambulance that night or the police, at all. Many peers were informed by these roommates who claimed that they were asleep, and couldnt' call until 11 for that reason. That seems incorrect. Also they claimed that they thought their roommates were only, "unconscious", when their bodies were hacked and entrails were exposed and dragged out of their bodies, blood everywhere. That is incredible. The roommates need to answer for their negligence. Kohberger hung out and watched the waitresses at the vegan restaurant where one of the victims worked, and that seems like a likely indicator of him being obsessed with one of the victims. Maddie looked so much like her friend,... in the dark, he may not have known the difference, until he'd already attacked. The other couple may have been collateral damage. He may have anticipated that the petite young woman would be easy to kill with little ability to resist, but ended up having to kill witnesses who were right there. Kohberger was obsessive control freak, likely an enraged "incel", and had been a heroin addict, in prior years. He picked what he thought was an easy target on whom to take out his insecure and sexually entitled rage against women. He's a freaky nut job. What was the roommates excuse for not calling for ambulance or police all night and all morning until 11? They should have to answer for what they did, likely, just to cover up their illegal drug use and intoxication.

      I agree with pretty much your entire description from the surviving roommates’ suspicious negligence, down the Bryan Kohbergers motive, and the couple being collateral damage. I believe the reason this case has gone so cold and stagnant is because the prosecution has a strong case against BK. This was later the case for the local PD, they did an excellent job despite many people being desperate for answers and believing the opposite. There’s a lot of vagueness still in this case but I wonder if it’s because they have daunting evidence against him that is being reserved for the trial. Time will tell.

Idk if they were talking to lawyers or what, but nasty behavior by these women.

      @@corablah9809that’s what I’ve always thought, like if this suspicious man was in your house and you saw him why would you not call 911 the second he left?? Like I would’ve been panicking so much if a creepy person was in my house and just walked past me…

      @@corablah9809they were 20yrs old. Who would ever think that someone was in their house brutally murdering their friends. They probably thought that they were partying. It isn't abnormal for 20yr olds to sleep until 11 especially when they were up late. We don't know the full story either because of the gag order. I don't believe they had anything to do with it. I can't imagine what they went through and then have people blame them on top of it all. Those poor girls will be traumatized for life.

    It's the bushy eyebrows....bizarrely, the eyebrow description prior to having any suspects seals the deal for me. The car, cell phone data, and DNA don't help, but the eyebrows are striking. Guilty. No question.
