Alternative way of switching the bleep with two wires is feed 12 volts through a 10k resistor to pin 2 of the 4011 chip on the bleep. Grounding that pin gives you a continuous tone burst.

@@MicroChipz sorry is thare Anny chance u could help me out please I have jumbo me self ....and the SWR and RF meter won't work .since Saturday and it was working all long my swr ...on channel 1 .is 1 .4 and on 80 is 1.6 Anny help would be great ... Thanks

I have to ask i know its silly , have you turned the calibrate fully to the left till it clicks ?

excellent workmanship... you are very competent at sorting out radios.do you service them for customers or is it just part of the hobby for you.
