Welcome to another exciting new deck tech on this channel where I show you a deck built around Lara Croft, Tomb Raider from the upcoming Secret Lair! This is a super unique Temur commander that can do some really powerful stuff with the graveyard!

I loved making this deck so I have to send love to anyone that made a deck tech, pretty similar to my build
She was one of my favorite decks, but never seemed to quite come together for me! Hope yours is doing better!
It’s pretty fun but you can get stomped out because you become the archenemy really fast especially after you put the brackish blade
She can start one shotting when you have ember cleave and skullspore nexus, mindslaver is really fun too
The problem I’ve ran into is your turn 3 is super cramped and hard to decide what to play first
I built a similar deck and I am glad we have similar strategies hehe. I, however, added the Millenium calendar as a win-con, planar bridge to get any specific permanent in a pinch or that I returned to the deck with the Bow of Nylea (Grim whisper), and simic ascendancy for more +1/+1. Mine also descends and discovers, with a little bit of "explore" splashed in.
That sounds like a fun build! I do think she's a challenging commander to build cause you want to include so much stuff! I like the Millenium Calendar and Planar Bridge suggestions, gonna try to find space for those!
I run a Surviel package in my deck. There's enough support in blue and a few in both red and green that it could be made into an entire subtheme for the deck. I juat run it as casual support instead of scrying
Yeah surveil is very nice with Lara Croft, also kinda makes sense in a flavor sense!
Got mine in the mail last week. Trying to work on it and seems more difficult than not to add/cut the right things. Can go all in on artifacts and equipments or add/remove more creatures that synergize with her. Guess all i can do is playtest at this point
Yeah she's a tough one to build. I've played her a couple of times so far and she tends to be very Voltron style which is not usually my thing. I also found that she's very mana hungry so I have been making adjustments
Super hyped to build her. I’m really annoyed tho that the back card for the lair was not in foil even tho I got the foil version. Lemme know if urs ends up being foil maybe they just messed up my order

What was the bonus card if you don't mind me asking?

That sucks, I'll tell you whether mine was foil whether it arrived. Though I think you should contact wizards customer support since thay sounds like a mistake and they might compensate you!
I think Croft Mansion should have been unique Legendary Land and the secret bonus card be a version of green card explore
That would have been fun!
