I had a big night last night and wasn't getting especially motivated to move from the couch. I was tempted to blow off most of the day. But seeing someone pop into their fresh clean apartment with their errands done and feeling great is propelling me into action. Thanks for the kick in the bum! 😄🌻

I love love love your videos! Thank you so much! Also, I realy like procreate combined with apple pencil. You can work with lots of layers and tools, which is so helpfull. I’ve never regretted those 10 euros I paid for it

There's a product in NZ supermarkets called 'magic eraser' gets off all marks of any kind off any surface. Probably in Aussie too. For that mark on your marble tray.
Pro create is excellent. I drew my avatar on it, and my entire first video, including my intro was done on it. It’s incredibly versatile, and you can even create gifs using the layers.
Bicarb and water into a thick paste very lightly applied (but rubbed in) + more dry bicarb on top left for a while removes water marks from my marble coffee table like a DREAM!! Google the method and maybe try it on your tray? I always cut the stamens off my lilies, they’re too messy for my liking 😂😂

Great video Rachel, I think it would be lovely if you could share some of your cartoons/comic with us. You know that everything has been done, and idea wise you might have been inspired by someone but that does not mean that you copy them! You add your own twist and personality to your creations :)
Procreate is amazing!! I am a fashion student, and in my design class I use the procreate app to create my designs, as well as use the app in my free time
You could try a diluted dish soap and let it sit for a bit. If that doesn’t work, putting a baking soda water paste on the stain and covering with plastic wrap for 24 hours might work. If that doesn’t work, since it’s light you can try hydrogen peroxide and covering again. And finally a very very light grit sandpaper if you’d rather have a little rough spot vs a stain. Saw some things about ammonia too but I haven’t tried it and personally don’t like using chemicals (Thanks Google) ☺️

Procreate is a good app, and well worth the money, but can I also recommend an free app called Medibang. It's not as fancy, but it has some really useful settings for drawing. It also has desktop versions (And for iPhone too) and everything is consistent across all versions. The iPad version of Medibang is my go to for drawing.
love this video!! 💕 not sure if this is helpful or not but the problem with importing/exporting may have be to do with FCPX render files that build up over time and clog up space on your computer, making things slower and such. you can find it by right clicking on the final cut pro app and press ‘show package contents’ and navigate it through there to clear them, hope that helps! ☺️
If you’re looking for something that feels very natural and similar to drawing on paper, Procreate is a really good option. I use it for calligraphy and graphic design but also for illustrative work and I find it super easy to use and experiment with x
Procreate is an amazing app. Lots of illustrators on UA-cam have videos on how to use it. It’s tricky at first but once you know the basics it’s so much fun.
Yes, Procreate is a great app for illustration on the ipad. I feel like it’s like Photoshop but without the photo editing part. There are great brushes (and many more to download on the internet for free), lots of layers and even more creative possibilities. I really enjoy in and im glad that I bought it because it sparked so much creativity in me and my skills are now better than ever. But however, I use it for more realistic drawing an that’s when all the brushes are usefull. If you only want to draw cartoons, I think the Adobe apps are also great for the beginning! I have used Adobe Sketch & Draw for a year before I got Procreate and it‘s lovely für little illustrations and handlettering, I designed a lot of birthday/gift cards on there. Also good (free) alternatives are ‚Sketches‘ and ‚Pixelmator‘ 😊
I love procreate it is a very fun app to play around in and you can create your own brushes or download other online! It is a fun an easy way of creating things. Although the illustrator app might come in handy if you want to scale up your illustrations without the bad resolution! :)

You could try using Koh on the marble, their product gets turmeric stains out so it might be worth a try plus it’s a great natural cleaner.

As a digital artist, I highly recommend Procreate if you're specifically using your Ipadpro for drawing!
