Thank you for posting, the symptoms are those of a stroke too which is all scary. It’s time I start paying more careful attention to my body and health and really make sure nothing serious is wrong. Thank you ❤️❤️❤️❤️
@@rachelleea the symptoms are also similar to guillain barre disease, my friend got it a few months ago and her face paralyzed for a few weeks, it can happen because of viral viruses. she had severe headaches for a few weeks before her face paralyzed and she said that she felt as if her head is tingling as if the blood run out of it [simmilar to a case in which you feel that you hand is numb after you slept on it]. The thing is with these doctors is that they are waiting until something severe happens, they are not taking the symptoms seriously especially when they appear in young people and this is very bad, they also told my friend that everything is ok and haven't taken her seriously.
@Rachelleea So relieved you didn't take my message the wrong way. ♥ Yeah that's the tricky thing with our body, it can be SO MANY THINGS starting with simple stress, which is thankfully not harmful! They key is to listen to our body and our guts, and keep looking for answers if we think the doctors may be wrong with a simple anxiety diagnose. Oh @Ruslana's Self-Care Diary it hits so close to home when you say : "they are waiting until something severe happens, they are not taking the symptoms seriously especially when they appear in young people". I have the same symptoms when I have a panic attack and it’s so incredibly scary. I get them while I’m relaxed too, sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night with one. It makes sense that the pain from the migraine triggered it.
I love that you went to support your friend. You can never get days like that back so you made the right choice! Also hope you’re feeling better after your migraine. That looked horrible and a little scary.. sending positive vibes! 💖

Awww sounds like a aura migraine! I get them every few months and they suck so bad! I lose my eyesight (like a bright spot) , and then I get a numb feeling in my arm and mouth kind of like pins and needles. Hope you feel better soon!
Yes, this is also totally what I had when I had my aura migraine. I also had them usually once a week. Than I stopped taking birth control and it started getting better in the next few weeks. Now I only have it about twice a year. So to all girls who are dealing with migraine and are on birth control for years: try stopping it. Maybe it could help you too
@@nadev4811 my doctor told me the estrogen placebo pill of birth control pills can cause migraines. I was getting migraines and the very first thing she asked me was if I was on birth control, so I definitely agree
Yay! I was so happy for Arna, what a beautiful friend you are to celebrate with her, especially with Alex away ✨ Feel better Rachel, I hope you get to the bottom of the migraine cause x
I have really severe migraines almost weekly, and lately, I've been so upset because I can't get things done when I have migraines, and then I stress about it... This video was what I needed, thank you for being so inspirational and motivational! Hope you feel better
When I first started getting panic attacks I only ever experienced ones where adrenaline is rushing through your body and you are in incredible pain and are under extremely upsetting circumstances until one day I experienced a attack where I was completely calm. It freaked me out. Apparently there are multiple ways a panic can be experienced. They are all fairly scary to go through. I am sorry you had to go through that. But things like this pass eventually and you handled things the right way. When I went through my weird attack, I couldn't walk straight, my nervous system was confused. Doctors first thought I had a stroke. I was so scared but luckily things passed and got better. I can really relate to what you went through and I hope today and this week ahead will be a splendid week for you, filled with joy, beauty, productivity, and calm.
As Knight Designs commented, Naproxen was a huge relief for me too, I took them for around 3 years the age of 18, my doctor then recommended I wean off them and take Amitriptyline at nighttime to stop my nerves from tensing up and causing migraines. Maybe look into these tablets too?
Yes!! there are some days where everything would be perfect but then there are days where either you don’t want to do anything or things don’t work out as planned but who cares! We should still put our 100%!❤️🥰✨
I'm so sorry you had to go through that, panic attacks can be so scary :( I love that you still posted this video to remind everyone that you know, stuff happens and life happens. It can at a great time for me as I have been really stressed this week because I haven't been able to do any work because I got the flu a few days ago and I'm super stressed about uni. It's nice to get a reminder that your health and well being should always come first. I'm really happy you managed to end the week on a good note with your friends too, that's so important!
I hope you’re feeling better Rachel ❤️ Migraines are terrible! I’ve suffered with them for years, so I understand. I was on a preventative medication called Sandomigran (sp?) for a few years. I also have a tablet called Maxalt which is in wafer form, so it dissolves under your tongue in a few seconds, so if you vomit, you can’t vomit it up. I’ve heard many women over the years say that the contraceptive pill played a part in their migraines.. maybe worth a look? ❤️😊❤️ Pity you didn’t get to enjoy the Mimco event - they are my absolute favourite brand!
I can so relate Rachel. I get migraine if I'm stressed. But usually if I take my migraine medications and I'm fine. But sometimes it's just a worse one and I can't do things. But yesterday I got pain on my chest right side then right side arm, hand. It started Wednesday morning didn't think much of it. Then migraine started at 6.45pm and the right side pain escalated. So I was worried because I know some folk get seizures or stoke type migraines. It was damn weird.
Good on you Rachel!! 👏🏼 I completely understand what you mean about these migraines, I used to suffer from them every Wednesday about 4 years ago, thankfully now they’ve stopped! 😁
I agree with a lot of the other comments here, you should definitely request an MRI or CT. Those symptoms could be just severe migraines but they also could be a TIA or another neurological disorder such an MS. Actually very surprised that your doctor wrote off your symptoms as a panic attack and didn't investigate further given how specifically neurological your symptoms sound. Hope you're okay! 💗
Ouch at the migraines sounds aweful sorry to hear this!! I recommend you get a MRI and brain scan just in case !! Get your full blood checked too and get a dental check up!! Stay away from sunlight and loud noises, cold cloth on head. Oh also check for Vertigo, get tests for this. Also have you had your heart checked or checked for chronic fatigue or Fibromyalgia?
I love this video! You honestly inspire me and motivate me... you teach me that “It’ll all be okay...” especially if things don’t go as planned. You answered me on Twitter a few weeks ago and I’m so glad to have joined your channel!! Greetings from Connecticut, USA! 💕💕💕
I'm so sorry about your migraine. I suffer from cluster migraines that are mostly hormonal, I know how dibilitating and disruptive it is. Sometimes there are food and environmental triggers as well. Glad you're feeling better and your glam look was lovely☺PS Baby wipes will clean out your disco and for stubborn make up stains put a little micellar water on it and spot clean it.
Take care! It is good to record all the episodes from now on, including date and time, venue, signs and symptoms, potential trigger, etc. You can also measure your pulse/body temperature to get more objective physical signs (pulse can be easily measured by pressing your finger on wrist of another hand. Panic attacks usually has fast pulse.)(Do you have a thermometer at home?)(you also get baseline pulse/body temp when you are feeling well, to compare). You can refer to your medical history in a notebook or app when you feel necessary/in doctor consultations. I feel dizzy when I get hot/in crowded areas. Then I try to slow down my speech, walk around slowly and breathe deliberately. Maybe the event venue was crowded. We are hard working people and productive with packed schedule. It is easy to get sad when we can't get things done due to sickness. I find meditation really helps. I try to embrace the feeling of sickness, I thank my body for struggling and doing all the work all the way. We are sometimes the ones who push ourselves the most.
When I have panic attacks they vary, from numb limbs to short breath to bursting out in tears and I can be fine get a trigger that I don't even know that's a trigger and there I am. The only thing that is the same is I'm drained at the end of it and can't do anything after. I also have migraines but they are less and less these days and I think that exercise and meditation helps me with them. Also good for anxiety.
I also suffer chronic migraines. From late October 2018 to early December that year, I had a migraine that just would not quit. I've gotten them regularly since I was two years old, and doctors were never able to figure out why. Still no idea. But my doctor prescribed me a new headache preventative that's been working like a dream (and also assists with my insomnia). Basically, I can completely empathize with the pain and suffering you are dealing with having migraines, and I hope you and your doctor(s) are able to figure out how to help you. They can be completely debilitating and throw off your entire schedule, so I understand the frustration you're going through, especially being in uni right now. Best wishes for you.
just wanted to say that i absolutely love your videos! i’m always soooooo excited when i see one and i save your videos for last for a happy splurge! love you so so much
I suffer panic attacks that come right out of the blue. I can be sat very calm, watching TV feeling fine and suddenly my heart will start beating fast, feeling like I can't breathe, my arms can go tingly or numb, get really hot & sweaty. In fact one time I was convinced I was having a heart attack and rung for an ambulance. They took me to the ER but confirmed it was a panic attack. They are very scary and it's hard not to believe something bad is happening. I suffer migraines too, sometimes 2 in a day. I get the visual problems of not being able to focus, then the aura then the headache. I can find it hard to concentrate and speak properly especially if you're having a panic attack too. Also migraines can be very draining too even the next day and especially with migraine medication.
Hey Rachel - I don’t know if someone has suggested this already, but I suffered migraines for years (heredity) and then a few years ago me and my cousin who also suffers from them had it recommended we get our daith pierced (the inermost cartilage of the ear). Since then both of us have significantly reduced migraines - they are more like dull headaches for me now. It acts like acupuncture for the connecting nerves. I’m not a doctor obviously, but would definitely suggest speaking to someone about it since you seem to be having the same kind of severe migraines I had x
Maxalt is everything for me as a migraine sufferer!! I got mine checked out by my GP and had an MRI done to rule out anything else but that was all normal so now I have maxalt which has been a life saver when I feel one coming on. Hope yours get better and you find a solution! 💕
It’s so weird! I had the exact same symptoms that you had and it was migraine, too. First I didn’t see the faces of the people and then my hands and my tongue were like sleeping. As i watched your Video i was so excited because I knew exactly what you meant. I hope that you won’t experience that ever again because it is just a terrible feeling!
Hope you feeling better honey... I got migraines once or twice a month, and it was the hormone pill, so if your on the pill, you might not be able to take the pill ... can can’t take any now, so just happy I’m older now and don’t worry about getting pregnant..... think you had anxiety attack, you had a lot on that day, and may of overwhelmed you... come off pill and see if the migraines stop, but of course be careful and use other method to not get pregnant 🤗 Love your videos your always inspiring for someone so young,,, love and blessings 💁🌸
I had migraines once a month also, and they were also hormone related. I changed my birth control pill to progesterone only and have had no migraines since!
I hope you feel better. I had the same thing happen to me a couple months ago with a terrible migraine that had caused me to become ill for a couple weeks. It is not fun.
I’m fortunate to not get migraines often, but they definitely hit hard when they come. I get major tunnel vision, numbness, disorientation, basically what you described. So I would support the migraine conclusion, I wonder if the hot weather is part of the cause now that you’re hitting summer time. I know the worse one I’ve ever had was on a very hot summer day, and I was probably dehydrated and lacking sleep. I also know atmospheric pressure changes can be a trigger as well. But for me, the only solution is to sleep, I can basically sleep all day and night when I migraine hits.
Totally agree with you on celebrating with your friend. Plus, probably what caused you the health issue was the lack of some relaxing time. Hope you feel better now!
Loyal subscriber here. Usually I'm a silent observer, but I have had the worst week ever with migraines too. I just went to my doctor and got medication for the event and also learned they are tied with depression which I have too. I get panic attacks too and what you describes sounds more like a migraine than a panic attack. Hope you are feeling better! Love from Minneapolis, Minnesota!
I’ve had the same thing happen at school one time! I had spotty vision, and I went numb in my hands and face. It was very scary!! It definitely is not a good feeling when you feel like you’re not in control of your own body.
Hey rach, i get migraines too so I feel you. I get similar symptoms along with a bunch of other ones . Everyone’s migraines are different and the best thing I can say is to keep tracking things as you learn about them and keep the communication going with your gp. Good luck on the new meds fingers crossed they help but if they don’t there are plenty of other ones that could work as I’m sure your gp will explain Good luck and try not to feel guilty when you are sick I know it is hard but put you first xx Sorry I know unsolicited medical advice is literally the worst just want you to know you aren’t alone and there is hope that it will get better
Hi Rachel! I am so sorry that you had a migrane/panic attack...it must have terrible for you, seeing you at the doctor's office was scary but I hope that you are feeling so much better by now! It was so nice of you to go out with your friend to celebrate with her. But this might be a wake up call from your body that you need to relax more. Please take good care of yourself!
I really feel for you because you have just described the horrible mixed migraine aura I had for many years at your age. For me the simple medication Naproxen rebalanced the progesterone imbalance that was the trigger and stopped them from developing into severe migraines. Do your research but it was life changing for me. 🙋🏼 And hello from the other side of Melbourne
Oh rachel ! I’m So sorry you had the migraine and panic attack. I have severe panic attacks myself and I know how draining mentally and physically and adding in a migraine makes them worse. Sending you love light and good vibes xoxox feel better 🥰🥰💕
I didn’t know about migraine buddy- thank you! Mine have been diagnosed as triggered migraines, so there’s a specific cause, but I do occasionally get really bad stress-related or random ones, so it all means I need to have a preventative medication every day and a prescription pain one with me all the time. Now I can track and compare exactly how bad they are and have all the data there to show my neurologist!!
Kind of the same thing happened to me but with my vision. I decided to close my eyes for a moment to rest and when I opened them my vision was gone. I made sure my eyes were open and I was freaking out. It was so sudden. Slowly my vision came back but it was scary because I had no idea what was happening or if I was going to get my vision back. Nothing like that has EVER happened to me before and hopefully never will. I hope your feeling better 💛
Yeah tracking is great it can show patterns of when it happens. Also if they are normally occurring because of hormonal swings you might have some hormonal imbalance that is causing it. For example maybe you changed brand of the pill lately or something like that
Sending positive vibes! I had hemiplegic migraines (which also mimic strokes) and they finally stopped after I cut dairy from my diet. I hope you figure out what is triggering them and get some relief!💚
I am so sorry for your migraines! Your videos are so inspirational and help me being productive. Yeah, things don't always work how we'd like them to, but there's always tomorrow. :)
I'm considering going back to uni as a mature age student and would love advice on how to keep at your studies when struggling or bored, maybe an idea for a video?
I'll maybe work it into a time management video but honestly its about working as hard and as fast as I can in class so I end up with next to no home work :)
So glad you're feeling better. I've had debilitating migraines and actually got a shot in my hip, which helped a LOT. Good luck. Can you share how you make such beautiful poached eggs? My mom made me poached eggs on toast when I was sick and I miss them!
no matter what it is, get an mri cause it could be by not sleeping enough and all sorts of things. i get them and my doctor recommended one and i said no and everyone told me to say yes so i highly suggest getting one just to try to figure out the cause. it could be chemical or it could be environmental and that will help them figure out the right course of action to take. hope all is good now and hope you are okay and safe.
Oooh migraines are the worst!! if you get migraines once a month - check if it’s the same time every month! If you’re on the pill, that could be causing it! I’ve been hospitalised with migraines and then went off the pill they’ve basically gone!! now I only get them when I eat “trigger” foods or am extremely stressed. Worth looking into as I know how bad it is... hope you’re feeling much better now!
I love migraine buddy! Also my doctor said sometimes you are low on magnesium around periods and that can cause them, so I take a supplement like a week before my periods and it’s been helping a bit. Lastly, peppermint tea, may be a total placebo but it helps calm me down and seems to relax me and my migraine (at least while I drink it)
I get migraines that effect my motor skills - I can not speak, hold things etc and I get so bad that my left side of my face drops - I look like I had a stroke and I can not walk. Basically what you had are my beginning symptoms. Mine are caused by lack of sleep - continuous late nights or bad sleeps. I also found as I got old my pill was causing them :) just my two cents worth.
Your videos are so amazing, I really love watching them 😊 But migraines are the worst 😔 I've had them for more than 10 years, and it became so bad that I could only deal with it using triptanes, but in the end I suffered from extrem vertigo and nausea and the pain didn't go away. So after 6 weeks of constant migraine (at best I had 2-3 days per week without migraine) and consulting a neurologist and ENT doctor, the only option was to stop using hormonell birth control. That was 2,5 years ago but since then I've had only two attacks and even if I'm on my period, in the worst case I only have regular headaches! I know it may be intimidating to stop using hormonell birth control but there are a lot of different options and it's absolutely worth it if you can live almost pain free! I really hope you'll find the reason for your migraine soon and get treatment, it's so exhausting and scary not knowing when the next attack will happen 😔
I used to get migraines that were tied to my monthly cycle. Hormones in origin. Had to be on migraine meds as well. So I know what you are experiencing.
The fact that it’s hot there is so amusing to me..cause it’s freezing cold outside right now and I can’t remember what it felt like when it was hot outside
I know I am only seeing this video now and this post maybe too late but i agree with @lisa isabelle, 100% should request and MRI. Coupled with the fact that you had a either a bacterial or viral infection for your sinuses, there could be something much more serious going on. It sounds like the staff assumed because you were crying that you were having a panic attack. Sounds like no panic attack I have ever heard of or had before. The exhaustion is also not typical of a panic attack. I hope your doing well, and not worried by these messages, but does warrant further investigation I believe. XXX

I sometimes struggle to cool down and apparently the start of my work day was this time. Definitely slowed me down for at least the next week and still don’t really know why

@@nadev4811 Yes! Hormones are definitely a factor for me too.
Yes - I get the aura as well - my tongue goes numb too 😕
Glad you took the time to relax and have fun with Arna, life is worth living
Yay! I was so happy for Arna, what a beautiful friend you are to celebrate with her, especially with Alex away ✨
Feel better Rachel, I hope you get to the bottom of the migraine cause x
Oh definitely :) I’m so glad she’s over visiting him at the moment, looks so lovely over there
I was so sorry that you suffered a migraine but am glad that it was not more serious a prognosis. Get the much needed rest you need.💕💕💕
I enjoyed every bit of this video. Hope u feel much better.
Loved seeing a week in your life!
Yes!! there are some days where everything would be perfect but then there are days where either you don’t want to do anything or things don’t work out as planned but who cares!
That’s what I was thinking, they’re symptoms that could be something serious so I definitely want to look into it more
Ouch at the migraines sounds aweful sorry to hear this!! I recommend you get a MRI and brain scan just in case !! Get your full blood checked too and get a dental check up!! Stay away from sunlight and loud noises, cold cloth on head. Oh also check for Vertigo, get tests for this. Also have you had your heart checked or checked for chronic fatigue or Fibromyalgia?
you just have described my stuff :P
I love this video! You honestly inspire me and motivate me... you teach me that “It’ll all be okay...” especially if things don’t go as planned. You answered me on Twitter a few weeks ago and I’m so glad to have joined your channel!! Greetings from Connecticut, USA! 💕💕💕
I'm so sorry about your migraine. I suffer from cluster migraines that are mostly hormonal, I know how dibilitating and disruptive it is. Sometimes there are food and environmental triggers as well. Glad you're feeling better and your glam look was lovely☺PS Baby wipes will clean out your disco and for stubborn make up stains put a little micellar water on it and spot clean it.
aw thank you :) I'll try that for my bag
Aw... so sorry... Wish you get well faster 🌹
I absolutely needed to hear this! Your videos are lovely!
I think you experienced an aura migraine! The loss of vision, your arm falling asleep, it all adds up! Rest is your best friend!
You are inspiring lovely xxxx
Hope you feeling better honey... I got migraines once or twice a month, and it was the hormone pill, so if your on the pill, you might not be able to take the pill ... can can’t take any now, so just happy I’m older now and don’t worry about getting pregnant..... think you had anxiety attack, you had a lot on that day, and may of overwhelmed you... come off pill and see if the migraines stop, but of course be careful and use other method to not get pregnant 🤗
Love your videos your always inspiring for someone so young,,, love and blessings 💁🌸
I had migraines once a month also, and they were also hormone related. I changed my birth control pill to progesterone only and have had no migraines since!
Loving your content Rachel and glad that you’re feeling better 😘
Oh that’s so full on, hope you’re feeling better soon ❤️❤️❤️
Hope you’re feeling better 💕
I’ve had the same thing happen at school one time! I had spotty vision, and I went numb in my hands and face. It was very scary!! It definitely is not a good feeling when you feel like you’re not in control of your own body.
Hey rach, i get migraines too so I feel you. I get similar symptoms along with a bunch of other ones . Everyone’s migraines are different and the best thing I can say is to keep tracking things as you learn about them and keep the communication going with your gp.
Good luck on the new meds fingers crossed they help but if they don’t there are plenty of other ones that could work as I’m sure your gp will explain
Good luck and try not to feel guilty when you are sick I know it is hard but put you first xx
Sorry I know unsolicited medical advice is literally the worst just want you to know you aren’t alone and there is hope that it will get better
oh no its all good :) definitely going to pay more attention and make sure Im all good :)
Sending you good thoughts and well wishes xxxxx
Hello :D thanks so much for the info, i'll definitely be looking into it. Have a lovely evening
They’re horrible things Rachel so I hope very much you find something that’s a good fit for you.. and I love your channel.. you really are a star ⭐️🙋🏼
Oh rachel ! I’m
So sorry you had the migraine and panic attack.
I'm so sorry you're feeling so poorly! I hope you get it all figured out
I am so sorry for your migraines!
It was totally me when i have migraine, i hope you're better now
*goodmorning everyone, bless your day❤️ love this vlog*
You have a fabulous day xx
Buy black seed oil. Take a tbl spoon every morning and chase it w pineapple or orange juice. It's a life saver. 💕
Ooo sounds interesting, I’ll look into it :)
no matter what it is, get an mri cause it could be by not sleeping enough and all sorts of things. i get them and my doctor recommended one and i said no and everyone told me to say yes so i highly suggest getting one just to try to figure out the cause. it could be chemical or it could be environmental and that will help them figure out the right course of action to take.
hope all is good now and hope you are okay and safe.
I really enjoy watching your videos 😊 . Lots of love from Cali !
Your videos are so amazing, I really love watching them 😊
But migraines are the worst 😔 I've had them for more than 10 years, and it became so bad that I could only deal with it using triptanes, but in the end I suffered from extrem vertigo and nausea and the pain didn't go away.
Oh maybe I’ll have to look into that, I don’t wanna go off it but I’m sure if it stops the migraine it would be worth it
I used to get migraines that were tied to my monthly cycle. Hormones in origin. Had to be on migraine meds as well. So I know what you are experiencing.
Tht like my week all the time 💗💗 love your videos 💗💗
Talk about motivation. You look so good girl!
Thank you so much
My favourite Melbourne UA-camr!!!
honestly needed this so badly
yeah i feel like that was more of migraine symptoms than panic attack
take care ♡
Glad to see you're feeling better. ❤️
The Zara top looks really fun, excited to see your version.
Thank you ❤️ yeah I’d love to try to recreate it
Hi Rachel , I’m a first year fashion student at University of technology Sydney. Your videos gives me a lot of inspiration!!
Aw nice, are you loving it?
Rachelleea Yep, it’s so much more fun and practical then other courses!! Thanks for replying ❤️❤️
Definitely much needed 💖💖 your channel
XXX
Really needed this today. Thank you x
Hope you have a great day
Love your videos and take care
I really appreciate that you showed such a RAW moment in your life, when you had your Panic Attack...……….
Thanks God u r ok rachel, maybe u were stressed or not having enough sleep tht's why tht breakout happened to u...u know, work, university, being in a rush tht affects...hope u r feeling well now..tc
Thanks for the app info I'm going to start using it xo
I need that skirt! Also I love you vlog-ish videos 💕
Hey Rachel, love your outfits!! If you are on the pill and getting migraine with aura (the silver flickering you mentioned) you may be at risk of stroke and will have to go off the combined pill. Definitely check with your dr about that (the same thing happened to me). Take care xx
That’s what I was worried about
@@rachelleea chat to your dr - they'll know best. But definitely isn't worth the health risk!! You should still be able to use hormonal birth control, if they are progesterone only. This is from my experience anyway! All the best xx
@@kellyanne4499 So I saw a new doctor yesterday and she said get off the pill, thankfully I've been off since I had the migraine. Hopefully I wont get anymore :) so thank you for the help
@@rachelleea All the best with it!! I haven't had a migraine since I went off the pill, and they used to be debilitating for me. I thought I had a stroke one time because one side of my face went numb! It is so scary and I definitely resonated with your story. Good luck xx
I love your outfits!!!!
Hi love! I had aura migraines before. Had the same symptoms, not feeling my tong and even getting numb on one side. But I don't have them anymore since I was 19. I take vitamin B-100 complex which also include B12 vitamins and iron vitamins and now I don't have them anymore :) Maybe you should try that too? I also don't eat food with vetsin in it anymore. That may be a cause as well. Hope my advice will help! Have a great day :) xoxo Jenn.
Ah... those 'bleh' (12:34) days. we have all gone through it. Much love! :)
I had a very similar thing happen just before Christmas, I was standing at work suddenly got really tight across my cheeks and nose, blocked ears, sweating and have no idea why! I sometimes struggle to cool down and apparently the start of my work day was this time. Definitely slowed me down for at least the next week and still don’t really know why
I love your videos Rachel! I always look forward whenever you post :)
hi, if it is the pill, try using a different method like de Daisy thermometer or FAM, so you can be free of hormones, also changing your diet to a veggie one wouldn't hurt no one ❤️❤️❤️
Migraines are horrible I thought you might have had a minor stroke so I am glad it’s a migraine even though it’s still horrible to have. Always take care of yourself first!
Well that’s what I was worried about so I think if it happens again I’ll go to the hospital and I’ll be getting a second opinion :)
Rachelleea maybe ask to get a CT scan or MRI but don’t worry too much. Hope it doesn’t happen again.
