You've helped me so much with my classes. haha I really appreciate you always make time to do a demonstration, even if it's awkward, haha. Your games are really fun, simple and useful, they also have gave me confidence as a young English teacher. Thanks!! Ah, I was able to beat Carson. :D
Ya. Tossing to themselves works from about 4th grade up. But I still like to pass it to them if they don’t ask. It builds up the teamwork atmosphere in the class.
What’s provided here is a game ‘idea.’ What we’ve tried to do all along is to keep them open-ended… so if teachers want to practice a specific grammar point (ablaut reduplication, for example) they can integrate that based on their own classroom needs. We trust that teachers know how to teach their students better than we know how to teach their students. These are just ideas for activities in their classes.
Comment below if you beat Carson, and we’ll send you a downloadable/printable rebus puzzle worksheet!

Haha. I appreciate the comment, but I’m sure I have hundreds of students who would love to challenge that statement.
The games would be even better if you could implement the games with some Learning using a specific grammar topic vocabulary ect
