We went to Disney springs Friday and even at 11a it was already a cluster. Parking lot was full all the way to level 3. Glad we went early and bought what we needed and left! I’m sure it got worse as the day went on.
Was at Disney Springs Christmas Eve night...yes it was packed but didn't fret. Visited the three stores I wanted, grabbed the kids a snack and went back to the hotel. Wasn't the worst thing in the world 🤷♀️

I was at Disney Springs yesterday, but it was nowhere near as busy... except for Summer House. Summer House is awesome though. Those large cookies are amazing. Amorette's is fantastic as well! It's essentially Christmas week. Why would there be any sort of expectations that wdw wouldn't be busy? Especially with respect to shopping. It would be amazing if downtown Chicago would be even remotely busy like it used to be during the holidays. Business are hightailing it out of here and there are so many open storefronts, everything is dead, and shops are closing at 6pm during holiday season. I personally would be so thankful that things are as busy as they are during the holiday season.

This year, I ended up doing last minute shopping on Amazon. I’ve had a harder time getting into a Christmas mood. My mom passed away in October and this is first holidays without either of my parents and it just isn’t the same.
I totally agree with Bianca, the 2024 merch, overall, is terrible! It looks cheap. Like stuff I’d see at Walmart. I always shop last minute and in one day, so I can’t second guess myself and end up over buying. Merry Christmas!!🎄✝️🎅
Same! We're still going when we can afford to, but we do way less table service and we do not buy merch AND we wear regular clothes vs. disney bounding / matchy disney shirts. The merch has been weird for a while now, IMO.
I just left Disney world and me and my family was disappointed. We wanted to find snacks and it was very hard to find. When we did find snacks, it was all pretzels and sweets lol… we went to universal it was amazing!!! There was corn dogs on every corner and a lot more snacks, we had a ball at universal.
It's only busy if you go later in the day. I went last Tuesday in the early afternoon and it wasn't terrible. We ate at chicken guy and there a 10 minute wait

My husband and I are done Xmas shopping by end of Oct. In recent years many places start Black Friday sales in Oct. Try the bathrooms by Pandora and the one by the Christmas Store they usually have less of a crowd. Merry Christmas 🎄🎅🤶

Man, we went to Disney Springs 12/9 the week I was there! I told my wife yeah we won’t be back in December. It was absolutely the most stressful day I had at Disney Springs! We come a lot but that was our first Disney trip. I missed my Gideons! It was a 5 hour wait! Insane day! I’ll stick to coming to Disney March-November. Also, we did the Christmas party for the first time and I must say. I felt like it was not worth it. I would’ve honestly rather come to Magic Kingdom on a regular day. My wife thought the same. It just wasn’t worth the price tag for all three of us. I would’ve rather had another EPCOT day. We really appreciate all of your honest videos, they help us out a lot when we go.
I was there 12/9 it was crazy busy. We had met some friends there for lunch. There was a wait to get into the Lego store. By late afternoon you could hardly walk around so we headed out. At least the weather was nice!
Dev I have had one cookie from Gideons and it was good. But I would not wait in the line as long as it always seems to be these days. I had my cookie about 2 years ago and the line was quite short when we got there. I will definitely try some cookies at the new Summerhouse restaurant. I think I'll try the lemon and double chocolate also. I love both. Oh and I cannot justify $16 or more for a burger. Not even at Disney prices. Plenty of places to get burgers a whole lot cheaper. But I will say we had a freshly cooked burger at Cabana Bay last year and it was sooooooo good!
We definitely broke our rule last Christmas season of only hitting Disney springs on a weekday morning and were so unpleasantly surprised by the crowds. I felt like I couldn't even find my way around because you couldn't see ahead of you. Noted, not to be repeated!
Dude, the theme parks today was insane! All 4 disney parks were stupid pack. I was at Epcot and MK today. I saw even UO having crazy wait times today. Beware going the week of Christmas.

Finished my Christmas shopping in October, except for a few stocking stuffers. I hit Dollar Tree my last day of work and finish that.
