Last year Germany sent over $36 billion in aid to various countries including all the countries in Africa. They plan on spending an additional (besides yearly budget) $100 billion on developing nations over the next 5 years.
They virtually built all of Namibia's infrastructure as well as those of Tanzania, Rwanda, Burundi, Cameroon, Togo and Ghana.
Germany is developing renewable energy sources throughout Africa and trying to help provide sustainable income and job opportunities for 25 million people.
While none of this makes up for human suffering it's a better option than individual "reparations" to people who haven't suffered from harm done in the past.

You need to differentiate between mixed race people in Germany born out of Black soldiers and white German women, and Germany's colonialism in Africa and the fact that the first ever concentration camp was set up in Africa by Germany. This video is all over the place and I'm having difficulties following it. German concentration camps in Africa is notable and deserve a full discussion of its own. Mixed race people in Germany are not Africans, but mixed race born out of one Black parent. Unless you are talking specifically about the Black soldiers in Germany, you should not label their mixed race kids as Africans or Black.
The first concentration camp was build by the british against white Boer with more than 26000 deads.
