This community looks great and you’re looking at it from the eyes of not having kids, it’s more for single couples or retirees but nothing says “kids friendly”, maybe the pool? And the baby will need a closet too, but I don’t see one. I understand you lived in a trailer but just wait.... kids will change and rock your world on so many levels. Best of dreams♥️

Hmmm, for the rent price, you being a real estate agent, and baby on the way, wouldn’t a small home been a better choice? You will fill that up really fast with baby gear and toys. You will regret not having two bedrooms to store all the baby gear. Think stepping on legos and tripping over toys in the dark. Love the apartment though and community. You guys are so sweet and a joy to watch. Congratulations and best wishes!

Hi. Good morning. I’m responding to your response to be careful of the area. When we were having a minor repair done on our Airstream at North Trail RV, we drove around that area and it didn’t look good. It looked “seedy”.I personally would have checked out Bonita Springs. I think I may have mentioned that. Please check how many registered pedophiles are in that area. There are restrictions as to where they can live. I know so much distance between schools and parks and day cares. Your apartment as beautiful as it is may be a place where they can live and also around you. Check the crime around you. I always do that. I want the best for you and your family. Please be careful and do your due diligence before the beauty of a place makes your decision and not facts. I pray you have made the right decision but my gut is telling me you didn’t. Sorry.....
