I'm a black American and I must say this is SOOOO interesting! We never learn about the cultures that developed out of the repatriates and recaptives but I feel like we should know this history.
Thank you for watching! ❤️
Vickie, I found this topic incredibly engaging and informative. Your dedication shines through, and I encourage you to keep up the excellent work. I'm genuinely proud of your efforts and look forward to seeing more from you. Keep the flame burning bright!
Wow, thank you!
Well done.
Educative discussion.
Very very interesting.
Informative and interesting!
im american and because others dont understand my light skin or other race heritage i tell them im krio and been since my people came here and there
I don't think Creole (Krio) culture is dying but more so evolving. The older generation might say that it is being watered down, which is valid. However, this is the beauty of culture, as the core values remain unchanged, but almost everything else evolves over time.
I like that ‘if mi granny can see mi’.
I love daddy e sabi talk badddd... 'imagine if me granny grap see me werr print'😂😂
But sincerely i feel like the plenty intermarriages is one of the major factors that may water down the Krio culture
Na to Daddy ah pull mi sabi talk 😁
Usai a komot o?😢
Yu sabi yu history oh
I try
You may be right, but I'm not convinced that it is failing, dying, -----! WHY? Well almost everyone in Sierra Leone 🇸🇱 speaks the Creole language --- yes I say Creole language! People must stop ✋️ 🙄 😒 💯++++ all such nonsensical squealings about the Creole language.
Interesting so you feel so long as the language continues to grow the culture will never die? That’s a good point!
@@VickieRemoe Exactly 💯 +++, and that's what I'm saying 👏 😤 🙌 🤧 💯 ++++ and there's no doubt, disputing it!
Vickie, I know that you don't come here just to have fun on UA-cam. vickie This is not the type of content we, Sierra leoneans want to spend time on. You know what is going on in the country and how life is for 99% of the people in Sierra leone. 🇸🇱 talk for the women who don't have the same luck and voice as you today. I want you to think about the women's and young girls who are fighting just to have one meal for a day it really not easy, vickie. we want to see you talk about those things, please vickie. The president talked about those things before he came to the office.
You came to the wrong channel but I hope you find what you are looking for somewhere else 🤣
I know it not your business. And I'm not going to share or watch any of your videos again.
Yes I think that will be for the best.
