    hi when i am using the stroke my ring and little fingers are getting pain is it normal for first time or is there anything wrong in my action

    • @ShuttleLife
      @ShuttleLife  6 років тому

      +Vishvak Kandukuri
      Hi something is wrong. Your ring and little finger shouldn't be during anything else than tightening up the grip.
      Make sure that you hold the grip out in your fingers, and you hold the shuttle with, thumb, point and the long one ;)
      If you aren't used to this, the body would pain a bit!
      Let us know what you think!

    • @ShuttleLife
      @ShuttleLife  6 років тому

      What do you mean by that? We don't think we are :-)

      see all the pro players using tod and ratio hitting its when you flex racket hard and hits the sweat spot and racket have to strung up to 30 lbs or more
      your racket turns into like sling shot and it can create torque its physics. what i saw on your backhand is preety amazing i just need to know how did you whip that bsckhand i couldnt see clearly explain to me.
      i can see your wrist action that sound like whip and sometime i can hear small gunshot noise when you hit thats called hard hitting in badminton tod but how did you whip the racket
      i wish there was close video on your backhand its hard to see
      for you to be better player i recommend please do to go to mrbackhand.com fee for 19.95usd there is video and you will learn tod and ratio hitting i can see your strong player by look of backhand its not scam i have been to him his name is jazz lopaz he does the video o tod and ratio its real with facts and research behind his work he uses point of physics to explain how pro players hitting hard have look into it
      his videos are on youtube type in mrbackhand badminton on youtube search bar and look at his backhand videos its like taufiks backhand or pro player backhand
      everbody use there backhand differently to others to hit hard or whipping it hard thats why i asked how did you whip your racket that hard
      please do reply to me thank you

    that is not difficult to understand, i.e. relaxation to generate power and mechanics of the movement [back, elbow up, wrist] but that is just half of it- as much important is also knowing the timing that includes- where the shuttle needs to be in the air in reference to the body- approximate angle from vertical and distance from the eyes/head/shoulder... a more detailed explanation could help

      Hi,
      Thanks for the comment!
      Have you tried to see exercise 64, that might help :-)

    • @d1427
      @d1427 6 років тому

      i took a look, and yes, 64 is more complete [i wonder why you have two separate videos on this- 64 is the more detailed one; you could combine the two and add some more explanation] but still does not discuss timing [in different situations]. Also nothing about the grip; however, there is a comment exchange that provides some clarification...

    We have to use the bevel grip right?

    • @ShuttleLife
      @ShuttleLife  6 років тому +3

      +Pranav Shinde
      Hi Pranev,
      Start with backhand grip and then rotate it more to the pan 'grip' the deeper on the court you hit the shuttle. Otherwise you will shoot the shuttle out of the court and increase the possibility for injuries in your wrist. For the backhand videos the following grip is used ( prntscr.com/gmhogy ) - The big plain side is the basic backhand grip. Then i adjust my thumb, as seen on the picture. Almost the bevel grip ;)
