@@DaLastMusubi It depends on factors like how deep you dive and whether you are wearing a neoprene wetsuit. If you dive below 10m you should be neutral at 10m. Since I don't use neoprene and dive below 10m I am slightly negative and around 20 feet.
@@DaLastMusubi definitely don't use a weight belt if you're not using fins 😬. And start with less weight , at most I'd say 6 ish lbs but 4 is great to start and go from there
