That first encounter was really really rude. That fat ass police officer just body slammed him and in my opinion used to much force. Like wtf he didnt have a single chance. Its also messed up he hurted his wrist badly and then the fact he didnt wanted an ambulance (because america healthcare isnt free)... I think there should be a law where if police injure someone who is a wrong suspect the cops should have to pay all medical bills for injuries caused by them. At least he got 350k from it, but its still fucked up
I don’t even think it was the cost of the ambulance I think he was just so frightened he wanted to get as far away from them as he possibly could
he wouldn't have been charged for the ambulance since 1. he did nothing 2. the police officers did a literal crime and violated his right 3. there's a law in some stateswhere if a police officer calls the ambulance then it's free of charge and the department pays for the injury's.
i think the cop really just wanted to hurt someone that day
Poor poor man
i mean hey the guy wins in a way the easiest lawsuit right there
The cop didn’t even ask him to put his hands behind his back before he wrapped himself around the innocent man.. preventing him from putting his hands where the officer wanted and then he flips him to the ground!!!?
THATS WHAT IM SAYINGGG "put ur hands behind ur back" bros in a bear hug HE CANT
Adam Pacheco was more scared of his stepmother over the phone than he was getting cuffed at gunpoint 😂
Adam: "mom, I know you love me but please stop before I get jail time"
i would be too lol
@@StickySauce101I think by the end the state troopers were scared of her! 😂
I feel bad for the first guy, that cop should’ve never put his hands on him like that.
Well, they were told he had a warrent out for a dangerous crime and yes while i agree the body slam was way too excessive at the very least the officers looked apologitic and called medical services and ensured if he was ok.There are thode who hsve done worse than this and even after finding out thst they got the wrong guy, they still arrested them to save their own skin knowing thst they messef up
@@user-cb9tj8gn3bthe fat cop didn’t even give him chance to do anything he bear hugged him while expecting him to be able to put his hands behind his back then slammed him to the floor!
@@user-cb9tj8gn3b Sober up dude

@@user-cb9tj8gn3byeah but do you understand that his wrist is going to hurt all of the time for the rest of his life 350 thousand dollars doesn't even begin to cover it. I know because I broke mine a couple of years ago and it hurts all the time
Youre telling me arnelo didnt want to wait around with the guys who just broke his wrist? Wow so surprising
you can tell he was trying his best not to explode on them and given them an actual reason to get away with what they did, he knew it wasn't real apology so much as not wanting to get in trouble over it; he knew he was going to press charges but had to act smart (since the cops clearly showed they were looking for any means to escape justice).
@@StickySauce101 Nah they were actually apologizing and admitted there mistake, they didnt try anything with him after that. At that point they are going to be nice to not get sued
He also would have gotten a bill no? I live in Canada but isn't it really expensive to get the ambulance there without insurance?
Well done for suing the department.
That cop has the audacity to tell that guy he just body slammed for no reason to relax... Insane
the first clip is honestly icky. he didn't even talk, they didn't verify the suspect. the other cop had pretty much just got there and then grabbed him. without even knowing if it was the right guy. 4 cops, for no reason, arrested him. i don't wanna say acab. but. damn man.
AND HE SUFFERED A BROKE WRIST. sue.
i mean, the police system is corrupt! you can say that. it’s a bad system and whoever is a cop is a bastard, doesn’t mean there aren’t good cops out there.
Then don’t say acab because one idiot cop doesn’t make all cops bastards. Hitler was Austrian doesn’t mean all Austrians are bastards. Use your brain
2:23 The look on his face. He knew they f-ed up! 😂😂😂
These wrongful arrests are just.. EVIL.
Yeah, cops are also just human. But, damn.. some of them are just clowns 🤡
Yep just like any profession some do not need to be doing it… the first cop didn’t even give him a chance before body slamming him I hope he sued them
@@davidjr3769 He did sue and he received $350,000 - says so right in the video
9:00 ?! Wowwww. The fact he said it too. 💀
that’s what i’m saying💀💀💀
edit: I think he was black
Bro thought he had the pass😂
There was a black officer there as well.
The officer that said that was black .. that's why the "suspect " called him 'my niqqa'
Whether you are black or not no one should use that word. Its outdated
I’ve got your upper body and arms trapped, put your hands behind your back…no oh well - slammed!
"What's your name? Joseph. Joseph? Alright listen here Jake.."
why he call him Jake? 😂
Lmao
The officer was saying his name was Jake. Not much of a pause between the names but that's normal.
"Hi Joseph, Jake."
@@kewlhotrod ohh i see. i forgot people do that a lot 😅
And all these mistaken identities just happen to be black men. Don't tell us it's not racism.
Pachecho is not black nor white. But, it is still racism because none of them are white.
That part! Can't tell this to racist though
@@katodd2925 it's racist
Genuinely it made me so mad, that first man was dog piled by four men and his wrist was broken for no reason. It was for sure a hateful attack, no arrest of a white person would go this way
Well maybe if every scenario here didn't have a description of "black male" maybe they wouldn't have to stop black people.
Bro the first one is fucked up they should be fired
Sued and fired*
The first cop tried to act like it wasn’t his fault, embarrassing.
How was he to put his hands behind his back while being bearhugged?
2:30 - you can tell the fat arm of the law knew he was going to get fired (rightfully so) and thus has to try and blame everyone else for his actions rather than take responsibility. "why didn't you tell me something?" - maybe if he didn't instantly jump the guy his partner could of explained.
The police officer that threw him on the grass from behind, after hearing that he wasnt the suspect he instantly knew that he’s fu…
Even if he was the one with the warrant... Wtf was that? You don't just rko someone for asking questions
Why the blur during him getting slammed? I feel like that should be witnessed by the people
Cop comes in grabs the guy and slams him to the ground And then the other officer just keep repeating ,"I didn't have the chance to ask him yet before you put his hand behind his back"
The interaction with the male in the white tank top and black shorts was just amazing. Clear and strong precise communication was used. No one freaked out, no force was used and everyone went on with their day in peace. I get the male's point of view, them thinking it could be a racial thing but the strong communication that was utilized amazed me.
They knew they f#*ked up.
Failure to signal within 100 meters of a stop sign? WTF?
Never EVER get yourself in front a latina Mom, not even a Stepmom, they know how to make you regret it when you F up. 🤣
boy she was stinging him for sure😂 and she was valid in her points
I was scared 😂
The third clip was great, the officer explained everything that was going on and the suspect did not go crazy. Eventually things are going to be cleared up and resolved, no need to go nuclear over it.
1st guy didnt do anything thou he was pretty chill till they broke his wrist n even then he was chill
Agree. Awesome he was offered a job..being a vet and new dad.
@@Owy. Correct and I criticized the police for that in my other post. That was totally uncalled for and the police that threw him to the ground should be penalized
Yeah I thought it was great as well. He handled the situation so well, I would have at least been a little upset with that generic ass description. Also no needless escalation from the officer, which is always less likely to happen if you just cooperate and try to stay calm. If you aren't a criminal there's nothing to worry about anyway.
Other people that get arrested need to understand that handcuffs do not equal arrest. Detainment is temporary till they figure out what is going on, if you resist you just broke the law in front of them(obv) and hard to back track that.
It also helped that he was prior MP. He kept his cool, the cops kept their cool, and it was the perfect example of how a situation like that should always go. It still is a shame that that's not always how it goes.
So what happens when the police break a guilty suspect's wrist??
If he is guilty then they can use reasonable force to detain them.
Just depends on why/how the wrist got broken. If it was because of police negligence then they're gonna be sued. If it's because a guilty suspect was resisting or basically doing anything other than exactly what they was told to do by police then they get a trip to jail and a broken wrist.

so why would the second guy be charged with resisting arrest when he is the wrong guy?
You’re not allowed to resist arrest even if they have no reason to arrest you.
@@sallyh.6362 thats stupid
@@haydnnoverall, I can see both sides. If you were allowed to resist based on simply declaring yourself innocent that would be almost impossible for police to safely detain or arrest anyone. If both sides acted appropriately all of the time it would probably be all right to detain an innocent person because in this hypothetical scenario they would have a reasonable reason to suspect them, it would be quickly cleared up and no one would get hurt. With cops like these it's hardly surprising many people hate cops. This is inexcusable and unprofessional. Sure you can make mistakes and grab the wrong guy but starting with throwing the guy on the ground before he even did anything is way over the line
yes that was pathetic!
Gosh, this is tough to watch.

The second one really didnt deserve the charges of ressisting arrest man he tried to defend himself
And then they question why there's so much hate towards cops
Yes but this doesn’t happen all the time , only seems like it because America is huge and someone made a compilation of it.
The sheer amount of videos and new stories that come out everyday are an indicator that this DOES happen every day.

Why do 4,5,6,7,10 cops all gotta pile on top of 1 man after he's already been handcuffed and subdued on the ground? Whats that 1 handcuffed man gonna do? Is he gonna go superman and break those cuffs and then take on the 10 plus cops that all have guns, mace, nightsticks, flashlights, tazers while he's completely unarmed? Who wouldn't be afraid with 7,8,9,10 people on top of them while every single one of them is doing something to you, twisting your arm, knee in the neck, pushing on pressure points,300 pounder sitting on your back. All the while everyone of them yelling different commands at you. Not all police are bad, there are definitely some good respectful police officers that do things correctly but there are just way to many bad ones. Police wonder why people are afraid of them, well officers just watch the 1000s of videos on here of people's rights being violated along with all the other terrible awful despicable actions police officers across the nation have been caught doing.
then act right? how hard is it to act right? 3rd guy got off fine cause guess what, he acted right.
He just dropped that guy for no reason the other officers look so hurt that happened him.
“be on look out for a white truck” isn’t very descriptive lmao no wonder they pulled over wrong person. 😅
Black male with a beard and tattoos that’s a description that describe 70 percent of us 😂😂
thats crazy
The only incident that really was problematic was the first one, given that the guy wasn't doing anything and just gets body-slammed; a form of excessive force. The cop was in the wrong.
The second one, Silvester began behaving erratically, most of his actions being suspicious; most criminals start behaving erratically before being detained, or arrested, and he wasn't helping his case by behaving the way he did. Most "Karens/Kens" yell, screech, and throw gaslit narratives and obscenities along with their tantrums in attempts to "be the victim" to some effect.
The last ones showed that simply complying with an investigation leads to no negative outcomes. Because the cops have to do their job, they detain potential suspects while trying to obtain the whole story. The idea of being 'detained' and 'arrested' are very different, yet people assume they're one in the same, which leads to the hysteria surrounding it.
I'm almost deaf ,if this had been me I would have been shot for not following instructions
everyone is always on their stupid phones

Resisting arrest should never be a crime, especially when that person being arrested is innocent. The only Crime being committed, is the attempted kidnapping of an innocent person.
that's the dumbest thing I EVER HEARD. I guess the cops should just ask "hey are you innocent?" before stopping people from resisting.

Is it a common occurrence that the wrong people get arrested in the USA ?
Just asking as I feel this is a dangerous situation as someone could really get hurt or even killed for no reason. Thanks for sharing
It is def not common occurrence, it might seem that way because we have a population of 300+million, everything gets recorded and body cams are public record after a certain amount of time.
