"I've given you everything you need..."
"Find the strength in your arms to kick his ass..."
Clever, Phil...
"beat his ass senseless!"** ;)
Also fun fact. The first shot of the season is Robins's drawing of the ending shot of the season. She knew all along that there was a potential alternate future even though it obviously wasn't as clear as the time loop future.
This is what I call great writing. Foreshadowing was strong in that seasons but yet none was able to figure that mystery. Great writing. Let's for example look at 5x08. Robin said "Philip J. Coulson, he can bring all the pieces together" and this is exactly what he did, he figured out that Talbot would want to take over Daisy's powers and he took the measures to avoid this. Or what Voss said "12.8 on the Richter scale and then world cracked like an egg", out of all characters in the MCU only Daisy and Thanos with Infinity Stones could do that so it makes totally sense that Talbot absorbed Daisy and used her powers that destroy the world. Or that thing that from all our people only May, Robin, Fitz, Simmons and Yoyo made to the Lighthouse. Daisy was absorbed, Coulson died because of that Loki wound and Mack/Polly died on that ship. There is literally reason for everything on that show. ;) Also, I feel like Centpede+Odium was always a bad option. Talbot would died on Earth and shockwave (as the one after Ruby's death) would killed a lot of people.
bifa he kinda got lucky though, no way in hell he knew daisy would position her gauntlet in a way where she would see the serum. Or Talbot knock it out somehow. Other than that yea Phillip is the shit.
The Odium was also a bad idea because while it does kill the consumer, it also empowers them.
I feel like Odium mixed with Centipede serum could act differently. It's since.
I'm pretty sure the "He could bring all the pieces together" was actually referring to the team. They have been distant from each other the whole season, having tons and tons of arguments, and in the end, Coulson tells them to get their shit together and start working, and at the same time, he gave Daisy her gloves.
also these last few eps of this season took place during infinty war. so imagine thanos about to snap sometime after the ending scene.
And the Avengers will never find out Coulson was alive the whole time and Fury and Hill will have no idea Coulson died again as they were snapped around that time.
But we gotta remember. If they bring back the "original" Fitz. He is gonna be a completely different Fitz. He wont remember anything that happened to them im the future and after returning.
Cant wait to see how they gonna wrap this up.
Yeah, I hope they rescue him and since he won't be the Fitz that attacked Daisy we get to see how she handles interacting with him. So many good stories possible!
sanda foks That could be good, bc this Fitz might actually like Deke. This Fitz didn't go all Doctor on Daisy and Jemma.
Well, to be fair, he's gonna be the same Fitz. It was bugging me out this season a little bit that he didn't really have much character development other than the Doctor outbreak which the frozen Fitz is still doomed to have in one way or another. He's been struggling with the Doctor inside him even before he got frozen.
The shit he did to Daisy is gonna be erased, yes, but the frozen Fitz will still have all the same issues.
Not completely different.
Well yeah not completely different. That's true.
Amazing writing. It's a shame many don't know how great this show is. You can't get a better comic based show on television... They're trying, but still don't meet up with the writing on this show.
I was fine until the final goodbye between Coulson and Daisy.THAT fricken broke me.This was written to be the end of the series and if it turned out to be,it would have been the perfect ending.I'm kind of looking at it that way.I think there's a very good chance that Coulson will not be in Season 6,except maybe in flashbacks or dreams. I think they wrapped up his story nicely and the show going forward will be about the rest of the team and their adventures. If they save him again,it kind of cheapens this ending. The Fitz thing is different because it was built into the story. My theory is that Enoch will realize that the Earth didn't blow up and bring Fitz home. That will save the writers from having to waste time on recovering Fitz. As much as I love Coulson, the rest of the characters are compelling enough to carry the show and I believe they can keep this show going for a long time, especially if they move it to the new Disney streaming service that launches next year. No matter what,it is going to be a long year waiting for more AoS! I'm sure gonna miss your reactions but maybe I'll add your reactions to my plan to go back and watch the entire MCU + AoS in order before Avengers 4 comes out (20 movies and 110 episodes-no problem! LOL).GREAT reactions to the final 4.See ya next year!
This show is amazing! I love it.
They're not waiting for Fitz to wake up that would be 70 something years from now, they are going to go find him and wake him up in the present day
Thank you so much for taking the time to record, edit, and post these videos! It's so fun watching your reactions and listening to your theories!
Fitz and Enoch are still out there in space, given that the time loop is broken.
Check out how the urban dictionary defines parasailing!!!
Gothmolg 🤭WOW! Learn something new every day.
Even if Simmons is pregnant right now, Deke can't be born. There is too many variables which have changed, like for example Deke's parents can't meet in the Lighthouse. All tho he could survive because he came from different Earth (alternative reality) where Earth was destroyed.
Here's an idea, when Captain Marvel returns she could heal Coulson?
or the avengers stop Loki from stabbing him
Tobias Kuhn That can work too. If there only was a place where broken white men could be fix?
Captain Marvel takes place in the 90s. Coulson had not been stabbed yet.
Hello everyone, how will you feel about tv version of an Avengers team up? A crossover with character from all Marvel tv shows? Like, Coulson meeting Danny? Ghost Rider interacting with Punisher? Jessica and Chloe talking about how they don’t consider themselves super heroes? Jemma and Fitz hanging with the Runaways trying to comfort those kids. Mack’s reaction to Black Bolt not speaking the whole time.
The other Fitz didn't get married so Jemma is technically a widow and not a Widow lol
The way I took it, Coulson never took the serum in any of the previous loops because if he did there would be no video of Daisy yelling at Coulson in the quinjet. Daisy always had the serum but in the previous loops she never took the serum to fight Talbot. The change that Robin was most likely referring to was Mack/Polly death, since Fitz/May saved them before Daisy saw the serum.
I think that it's a little different. AoS show-runners said that they wanted Coulson to be the one who made change. So I think that Coulson never took serum but he didn't gave it Daisy either. The change which Robin was referring to could be that Fitz and May rescued Mack and Polly or that Daisy had serum with her.
Super late but how they broke out if the loop always bothered me. The only thing I could find that makes sense is it's actually May who breaks it. In The Last Day, Robin finally sees a solution for the first time and tells May. She still has something important to do, and though she asks about Flint... that could have been told to anyone.
I think what Robin also says that we don't hear has to be something that makes May break the Odium. It isn't obvious but right before she does it, she realizes something, mentions Coulson can put the pieces back, etc... and breaks it.
I agree he never takes the serum but I wonder if in other timelines, the odium gets mixed up... Daisy takes it while being absorbed by Talbot (a potential plan they mentioned) which makes everything go nuts and breaks the world apart. Some version of that.
The only source of info that can pierce the timeline (as in theres no way they could have known theyre doing the same thing over and over) is Robin. She gives info to May and May breaks the Odium. Yes, she saves Polly too and maybe that's when Robin realizes the change worked.
when they finish making this episode they expected this to be the series finale so after they picked this up for another season they had to change the ending alittle bit please let me know what you think
Haha, I had a feeling you'd put your Tahiti bit at the start of this ep, cos it's relevant again.
Don't forget Taryan still out there. What if he went to get Fitz and Enoch to use them as a way of getting revenge on the Agents? So in S6 their mission will be to rescue them?
Another small reference to Infinity War, when the look at the news on tv. The previous ep didn't have one.
Look up the definition of "parasailing" for a great laugh.
I don’t know why I punish myself like this. Each time Fitz dies, I cry a little harder. Seeing him and Mac like that breaks my heart. FYI, new subscriber. I’ll be watching you soon for season 6.
Thanks for subscribing! We'll definitely be reacting to season 6!
this was going to be the series finale but the fans wasn't going to have any of that so they renewed it its sad though that they announced that in between season 5 and 6 phil Coulson died he is one of my favorite actors and characters in the MCU please et me know what you think
If you think about it in the other timeline Talbot asorbed Daisy and used her powers to destroy the world that's so sad
we're getting 2 more seasons, 6 and 7.
I still feel like there is the plot hole with the whole Fitz situation. Something about it just isn't adding up. I get that original timeline Fitz froze himself so that he could meet up with original timeline team in the future. I get that they ALL traveled back in time to what is the current timeline. What is not making sense to me is did the rest of the team already know that the Fitz that came back with them isn't the original Fitz? If so then having the team pissed at Fitz because he had his psychotic break and embraced his framework self makes no sense at all, especially if they already knew he wasn't their Fitz. Daisy saying she will never forgive him means absolutely nothing if she knew that wasn't "the real" Fitz. Did Gemma know she wasn't marrying her timeline Fitz? If so doesn't that technically mean she cheated on Fitz? LOL. What if OT Fitz says "whoa, I'm not ready for marriage"? There's just something about the writing that feels off, there's a hole somewhere that isn't making this whole thing cohesive.
It is the same Fitz. He wasn't an Earth-2 version or something, you're thinking in it too much. The team was kidnapped, and Fitz went a different route, and they reunited = Original team + original Fitz. This Fitz is the same person, the same original Fitz, he just "lost" like a few weeks out of his mind.
There is no plot hole the 2 Fitz's are from 2 different time lines.
Ohhhh shittttttt
Hello welcome to The End.
