Sumana Ji presently whenever any New Act or Rules comes, English translation comes very late like 3-4 yrs. Law commission's website does not have many Acts and Rules (in English Version). I went to Law commission to ask them for this matter 4-5 years ago their staff said they were understaffed. Should English translation Official come within 1 month - It is not big work for relevant Ministry and this is also matter of transparency. Foreign Investor also want official translation if they are considering investment in Nepal. I also request you to raise issue on this matter.

A word of advice: (from watching parliamentary sessions) Improvement in Nepali fluency needed. While a number of voters may be young, and increasingly fluent on English or the Urban English/Nepali mix, The larger part of the population still understands only Nepali or regional dialect/language. Therefore try speaking as fluently as possible in Nepali. Given that certain amount of time is only allocated, a few practice sessions beforehand could be very very handy. RSP gave Minister for Labour, Employment and Social Security to Dol Prasad Aryal who is Samanupatik Candidate when directly elected candidate were there in his party - Favoristism prevailing in RSP which is thumbs down for RSP. Not just in context of Nepal, the whole world is under control of a few capitalist. That’s what’s happening in the world right now with all the wars and stuffs like that. And the whole motive of the capitalist is to earn profit and people getting benefits through that is just an outcome of competition but at a certain point monopoly strikes in, because remember the motive?i.e profit. That’s not due to the greed of people or anything else it’s just the nature of capitalist system. So, a system basically outputs for what it is.
