Hii Elka. Thanks a lot! The sledding was so fun. I wish, I would have filmed it better, the GoPro was on a part-time strike 😖🤣. Usually, during Winter, there is a very good chance for blue skies, including revealed Matterhorn :)
AAAAHHHH!!! Rodeln is The *BOMB*! I did this in several Swiss Alpine areas and it was fabulous each time. Particular tip - in Nendaz, we rodelt at night, with the lights of the Rhone valley twinkling down below - gorgeous.
Grüezi Djemo, Just rewatched this lovely video!! Really appreciated the budget tips!! The more we save, the more we can travel!! Hoping to visit Zermatt in June!! Best wishes!! 🇨🇭❤️👍🏼
Hiii Marion. Grüezi :) Thank you so much. It's my pleasure to have produced this video. I agree, it's practical that we can travel more or longer. June is a good time, less tourists, good views to the Matterhorn rather in the early mornings, later it might be often in the clouds.
Been in Zermatt last July. Mu husband and I had an amazing experience. It was still cold when we were there coz of the altitude. It’s good to see Zermatt and Gornergrat in winter season covered in snow. Hello from Dubai😉
Hiii Tita. Thanks for your comment. I am happy to read you had a great time in Zermatt. Did you get good views to the Matterhorn? You should definitely revisit Zermatt during the Winter Season. On my channel, I also present a lot of less-known places that are really worth being explored :)
@@DjemoGraphic Woww thanks for noticing my comment. Yes we had a lot of good clear views of The Matterhorn. It was your video I watched that gave me a good advice to visit Riffelsee Lake not later than 10 or 11am. I captured picture perfect view of Riffelsee Lake. Thank you so much! We look forward to visit Zermatt on a winter season. More power to your channel.😊😉
Hii. It's fine. I have never been to Zermatt before 2014, I only went there for the first time at 24, despite being born here in Switzerland. Meilleures salutations à Lausanne :)
Such an awesome video!!! What time of year did you film it? I’m going for two days at the end of April and wondering if the weather will be more or less like in your video. Thanks!
Thanks Djemo. I'm planning a one night trip to see the Matterhorn from Stellisee and want to avoid the crowds if possible. I don't mind grey weather as long as I get to see the Matterhorn from Stellisee even if briefly, the way you did on your last morning. The few people that were there when you visited is fine. I just want it to be quiet and peaceful enough to contemplate and commune with the Matterhorn without instagrammers clicking away or tourists talking excitedly. I'm like Rasta. Crowds stress me out. I'd like to visit in late September or October, but notice that the Fluhalp is only open in summer. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks.
Nice video. Have you taken the tickets to Gornergrat directly from the station. Is the reduced ticket price 66 applicable in February. I dont see any websites offering at this cost
Hi. I bought it directly at the station. The prices might have changed 1 year later. The ticket cannot be used before 12:20 pm. Else, the Rothorn is cheaper
@@briesn7004 hi. You may check on google abt the trail, yes you can walk, not sure if its nice though. The weather in Winter is not too predictable these days. I suggest to prepare for cold weather, you always may take off the jacket if its too warm.
@@briesn7004 its warm. Still i suggest bringing long pants and a jacket. The walk i dont know. Never did that. I thinking hiking in zermatt itself is probably nicer

Hi Samm. Thanks a lot. You may rent a sledge at Rotenboden. Here is more information: the prices will show once the toboggan run opens up: www.zermatt.ch/en/Media/Planning-hikes-tours/Rotenboden-toboggan-run
Hi. Thanks a lot. How small is your drone and have you registered it in the European airspace system for drones? You also need to pass a drone quiz. Where you want to fly it at?
@@DjemoGraphic Dji mini 3 pro and not registered anywhere. It's really just for fun and we've flown it in several places allowed here in the Netherlands. Do we need to do all that to bring our drone there?
