I have binge watched every single video. Good channel Jacobe.I am a graduate student moving to Midland on the 14th of July to the ReNew Apartments Hyde Park from the Arlington - DFW area. I am coming there, because I am able to do my MSc program at the school I attended here in Arlington online thankfully. I got a job as an environmental investigator II in Midland and I am a 25 (turn 26 July 8th) single black male and I enjoy time to myself and am not too big in the whole "party scene". I am looking forward to this move and your videos and also stats I searched up helped me out a lot in quelling my small anxiety. I will follow your instagram, good work and most love.
