I like how the voice of the AAC device sounds like a child! It seems more authentic and hopefully will help him feel more connected to it as his voice

It must be so encouraging to see Griffin taking to the new AAC so quickly! He seems to be on such a positive trajectory right now. I'm praying about his seizures & balancing out his medication.
Oh my god! That’s the first time I’ve seen Griffin really communicate with you Emily, that made me so emotional. Even in the car when you said ‘Are you ready to go home?’ He was clapping & responding, I don’t know, he’s doing so well & it makes my heart so happy. I completely agree, I think he’ll get that iPad in no time at all! X

I never understood when people talked about the terrible twos. My little boy was such a good 2 year old. Then halfway through the 3s, it hit. Three-nager! And even worse now that he turned 4. He drives me nuts! I miss the twos!

That's so great that Griffin is using the new device because I remember a couple videos ago you were saying that the therapists said it might be too difficult for him. And it has been in the mid-80s to mid-90s here this week, so I will send you some of our heat because I'm tired of it already!

Have you checked for a lip and tongue tie. I know someone who’s child just discovered at 4 the reason their child wasn’t talking was she had both and the doctor missed it. The dentist discovered them during a check up.
Grif man u are amazing!!! If anyone ANYONE thinks or says this or that is impossible in their life they seriously need to use the Griffster for inspiration!!!! He has come so amazingly far and made SUCH PROGRESS that Im a stranger and watching this brings a tear (actually many) to my eyes guys. Im so proud and my heart swells for him and Emily and Will!!! I hope thats not weird, Ive just watch your family through all the years and i KNOW how BAD you have YEARNED to communicate with your son. So even tho im a nobody I am overjoyed for ur family for Griff and Em and Will so so hapoy for u two. Happy belated Moms dad babe!!!!!
