Got to say again the tip for the badges is a game changer, water spot remover is such an essential product for more uses than what you can think of. I also use it to remove the haze on the outside edge of the wing mirrors and the haze that accumulates on the bottom edge of your windscreen. Check it out people because guaranteed you have that haze on your windscreen if your car has ever been washed by conventional methods and you haven't dealt with it already with an appropriate product.

If you want your towel to not be soaking wet, one thing to do is before drying it, rinse the car with your hose, but without any attachments. Myself, I have a piece of rubber hose that I connect to my hose and go over the car. The high water volume low pressure sheets the water away from the car, especially on a waxed or ceramic detailed car. I can dry my two cars (beside the lower portion of the panels that I leave to another, smaller towel) with the same 24"x36" towel and it's barely wet.

These are invaluable pieces for your car care, I still have to this day a cheap deep pile large drying towel from Martin cox and to this day after many years of use it’s somewhat better than some of the top brand towels I have. And not forgetting the metro vac side kick which is great for wheels, door shuts , badges and panel gaps I wouldn’t be without them nowadays👌😎.

I have the twin motor 'BigBoi BlowR Pro+' and although super powerful and fantastic for removing water in awkward spaces, Blowers need to be used with care! The first time I used it I ended up lifting an edge of my PPF when blowing out the bonnet grilles, which then trapped dirt/water under it, and required me to have the PPF professionally cut back to a clean edge. So my handy hint is "Set the Blow on Low" when it comes to PPF my friends 😉

Thank you for the video and the useful tips Dave. Spot on about it being better to use smaller drying towels as opposed to large ones when doing the sides 👍.

like you're saying: a blower is perfect for critical areas and not for the whole car - I totally agree

That blower drier is really for pets. Try using a really big Flymo type drier (The ones with the square section outlet tube). Just be careful not to get too close and save it only for cars, never the garden. You will see a difference.

Yeah I know, I made a video on it last year as a cheap alternative. I'm actually going to buy a few soon for a comparison video

I like to use my Sainsbury's glass cleaner as a drying aid. My car is not coated so it makes the streaks left behind evaporate to leave it dry 🙂

I use a filtered water cylinder so I don't have to touch the car thus avoiding any chance of scratches. A bit tricky in winter it's fair to say.

How long does the cylinder last and how often do you use it? I want to buy one but they are not cheap and some reviews say they dont last very long so I want to know if it is worth it

JESUS CHRIST died for you in a cross for our sins. 3 days after his death he resurrected and is The LIVING GOD. Repent from your sins and accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior in a prayer and also ask for the HOLY SPIRIT to come into you in that same prayer as well. You could come to Jesus Christ as you are, but once you accept Him, you have to become new, change, and be born again. Jesus Christ is the Way, the Truth, and the Life. God Bless You.
