You'd need a turbo controller and superhuman reflexes capable of constant Just Frame perfect inputs.

I don't think so; there are between 1 and 3 frames where you are vulnerable after completing a piledriver before another can be started. A human is probably not capable of finding places to avoid damage during those brief windows of vulnerability.
In other words, no, not even perfect inputs can save you.
