Wow! I just noticed you left the remaining batter in the bowl and nothing happened to it. I usually have this this fear of sharing m batter and I get to overload my oven and cus some get done before others, I obviously open m oven and some of the cakes fall🙄

      Yes, Tina.
Awww, sorry about your experience. You can leave your batter out, tho not for so long or better still, store in the fridge, make sure it's covered with a cling film, and you're good to go.
True, that's always bound to happen. I am so pleased to know this video was helpful! Thanks for watching! ❤️

This video was so helpful. I've always made the mistake of baking smaller cakes and bigger ones at the same time and that results in me opening up the oven even before the bigger ones are done. Now I know what to do. Thank you so much ma'am. I have a question though, I noticed you left the rest of the batter on your counter while the cupcakes baked. Is it a thing? Can I do that all the time? Because I have a small oven so most times I can't even bake 2 big pans at the same time. Can one leave batter out like you did in this video? Sorry for the long read. 🙏

I'm happy to know it was so helpful! Sorry about time experience, it's the same thing Tina made a comment about regarding the video.
Yes, you can leave your batter out, I learnt this a long time ago. I know someone who mentioned doing the fridge storage method as well. So, don't keep out for too long or best, keep refrigerated, and just beat lightly for few minutes before baking.
      Hope this helps?
      Thanks for watching!❤️
