The shade of blue of Bisou Bisou is soo pretty, I wish it wasn't a thermal... but the gradient of blue to pink in your full hand swatch is also very pretty
Thank you for being upfront about the holo level of Black Swan! I know a lot of people were disappointed by the fizzy drink collection so I'm glad you mentioned this.
I think there are some in this collection that are close enough to existing colors that I won’t bother picking them up. Like, I’ve done a gradient of Rosewater & Morningtide to get a similar look to Bisou Bisou and therefore can enjoy both the pink & blue colors at the same time. I’m not sure how similar Odette is to Chiffon, but I haven’t found my perfect milky pink shade yet. My favorites are Slyph & Coquette. I think I’ll try a coat of a solid black jelly under Black Swan because I feel like the black needs to be a little deeper. Also, I’m curious to see it in the aura style. Thank you for swatching these! 😊
I love that there’s a polish named Sylph, that has a lot of history. It comes from a ballet called La Sylphide, where one of the characters is called the Sylph which is an air/forest spirit. La Sylphide is one of the oldest ballets still performed, the first ballet performed aesthetically on pointe shoes, and the first in the Romantic ballet era. I think it must have influenced other ballets too like Giselle with its ghost-like spirits based on the Wilis (which might be based on will-o-the-wisps). but yeah lots of spirits in ballet around that time, they always look really ethereal in these ballets. Cool that Cirque included this name for all the ballet nerds to enjoy! the pearlescent polish shade is kind of perfect for it too. Edit: it kind of hurts me though that another polish is named Black Swan instead of Odile, but with Sylph I’ll live 😄
I was disappointed after buying Kismet recently so I don’t think I’ll go for these but the pink jelly and the thermal are pretty. The whole coquette aesthetic weirds me out a little tbh 😂
I swatched Sylph for their product photos and while I did have brush strokes, I also thought the strokes were less noticeable further away vs a close up for photos.
Just bought the collection because your swatches are fabulous! I wanted you to get credit for it, but it would not let me combine your code with the discount they gave with the collection. I want to experiment with sylph over different jellies. It does look like the glazed donut over Odette.
This is such a beautiful, dainty collection. I love jelly and sheer polishes so much💃🏿 I love this entire collection but, I prefer Bisou Bisou in the warm state. Sylph over Odette is gorgeous😮 Thank you as always for the beautiful swatches❤
If you had to choose between Odette and Chiffon as a your-nails-but-better look, which works best? I think my skin tone is similar to yours and I want to make my first Cirque purchase :)
@@CaitlinSwatchesThank you! Purchased along with another of your nude recommendations on another vid, Morningtide. I found your channel once I started polish as a new obsession last November. You are, by far, my favourite swatcher, and not just because you're fellow Canuck. You really show off the nails in the best lighting to get every shift, you do shade comparisons, and your voice is like asmr lol Just have to pick up some Phoenix polishes from Gracie today (also because of your Paint the Town Red vid) and then giving my wallet a break. 😅
I was listening to an earlier stream where you commented that people were criticizing your pronunciation of the word “mauve”. I am Canadian as well and it wasn’t until I heard Beauty Tubers pronounce it “mahve” that I realized that there was an alternative pronunciation. It’s not a common word in anybody’s vocabulary unless you work with colour. I think, because it is a French word, “mowve” is more widely used. It’s pronounced that way by French and British English speakers. Both pronunciations are considered correct. Funnily enough, despite the huge influence US culture has on the rest of the world, this word has persisted as one of the Canadian differences in language.

You look so beautiful Caitlin!! I love your jewelry for this video
You're the nicest! Thank you!
I am loving Odette. That milky pale pink is so beautiful. Been noticing Spring colors coming out - so soft, girly, and pastel.
Black swan is gorgeous. 🥰

Odette is calling to me very loudly 😂
There's something so.. peaceful? About that type of Pink jelly 😍
So many pretty polishes! I like the subtle, dramatic effects they achieve. Thank you
Glad you like them!
Coquette is my favorite ❤
Thanks for putting the matte top coat on! I so wanted to try that as soon as I saw Sylph. Cute haircut too!
Luv that cirque has collections for everyone, and even if I don't necessarily want anything I'm glad the coquette girlies have representation lol.
haha yes
I love this dainty and ethereal collection. I love light, sheer polish like this. I want the entire collection.
Love Sylph!!! Don't mind the brushstrokes st all!!! Looks even more dope mattified ❤
I was disappointed after buying Kismet recently so I don’t think I’ll go for these but the pink jelly and the thermal are pretty. The whole coquette aesthetic weirds me out a little tbh 😂
Coquette ist beautiful! Holographic glitter always works so well with that color! What is your favourite baby pink holo polish?
Probably the one from my collab with Girly Bits - Holographic Meatloaf. A close second would be Holo Taco Toe Beans.
I swatched Sylph for their product photos and while I did have brush strokes, I also thought the strokes were less noticeable further away vs a close up for photos.
Glad you agree!
In love with Odette 🙉 the brush is such a huge improvement!
Just when I tell myself I'm going to take a break from buying sheer nail polish. I can't wait to get my hands on Odette!
Sylph + Odette = elegant, dainty, glazed doughnut, and pearlized magic. Thank you, Caitlin! ❤
You're so welcome!

I hope you have fun experimenting!!
@@CaitlinSwatches thank you!! I hope the next thing I buy takes your code. I want to see you get credit for it.
Love the Coquette over Odette. I love Black Swan too. I’m just over magnetics at the moment. Your haircut is adorable!

I am going to go with Odette!

Your hair looks so cute! Did you get it cut or just pull it back?
Cut it! Thank you!!
I wish they wouldn't swatch over white nails. It affects the color we are seeing over the nails. The color show is not correct.
Sorry, I meant this comment to be on the Cirque Colors website. Instead it showed up on yours.
Yes I agree that they should show the polish over bare nails. White bases definitely obscure the polish.

The first time I heard "maw-ve" was also beauty UA-camrs. So interesting!
I got Bisou Bisou and Odette 🤭
I agree with your top picks! Definitely my favs in the collection.
Yay! Thank you!
Love your new look! 🙂⭐❤🙏🏼
Thank you!!
