after years left4dead2 remains the best and most played on steam
It looks great and realistic graphic, but still can't beat the legend game, Left 4 Dead franchise.
The game's fun but it still honesty feels less refined than wwz, which is really similar idk, it almost feels like it should be a f2p game almost idk. Its better than it was at launch but its not the l4d replacement I hoped it was gonna be.

@BeardedWolfKing this admittedly plays a lot smoother than l4d and has greater depth, with cards and weapon attachments. I have l4d2 and it's good but b4b does have some advantages.
@@BigWheel. thats fair but tbh, it all seems kinda of extra. I get that modern shooters evolved to be catered with all of these nice and complicated features now but the basics of FPS is still just as good tbh. The premise of L4D is simple, controls and versus. Thats like adding weapon attachments to like Counter Strike or something. Seems odd to me for that not to mention the simplicity of just shooting zombies doesn’t require that much “depth” to it other than your own skill and knowledge of the game. Those attachments would work well with other players with guns but seems overkill for the infected players at versus no? Unless the infected has some sort of feature that mimics the upgradable aspects for the human players then i guess thats a good step of direction for B4B

I am down to play from South Africa
Cards, gun modifications, types of ammo, weak zombies, renaming of everything and putting a new jacket on it.
But it's missing the pressure, it lost the simplicity, it has no pull to keep players coming back.
Else it'd still have a large playerbase. This game felt like a cashgrab. (Lucky I got the key on the cheapcheap)
Does this game require online or does it have a solo campaign?
It does have a solo campaign but the other characters are in it as well, played as “bots”. And if you pause the game, it’s still live in the background

L4D meat riders had to be here criticizing the game, ofc.
Compared to L4D it feels dull though. What I didn't like was only the dull gameplay and transition animations when interacting with stuff. It cuts to the third person instantly which looks a bit bad. Ofc these things can be fixed in time so I'd say B4B can be fun too.
Very boring game, Left 4 Dead has huge amount of zombies, these hordes feel weak
Plus the bots too take all your kills. I often feel like I’m not shooting anything at all

@@RodieFrmThe414 Back 4 Blood is from the developers of Left 4 Dead, because valve never made a 3 one they decided to make an unofficial 3 one. The difficulty doesn’t change the horde system at all. Comparing to the originals this feels slow and quit

They don't know what make left 4 dead 2 still so many players in 2024 is beacause of MOD and Players can DIY and create their own map. I was happy that this game is dead, stupid western publisher always don't know what gamers need.

Valve did not make DOTA 3, Half-Life 3, Team Fortress 3, and Portal 3. I think it's pretty obvious that they also won't make Left 4 Dead 3.
