What does perfect stage mean sir ?

When pathogen produce sexual spore. (Meiosis )
Pyricularia produce only asexual spore after mitosis..
But in Magnaporthe produce spore after meiosis as well as mitosis.. means magnaporthe produce asexual and sexual spore both.
