Holualoa, my favourite part of the Island! Yay! The decor is not to everyone's taste, but it is being sold furnished, so - keep what you want, and change out the rest, no problem. You name it, this place has it.

What an absolute PERFECT home! I wouldn't change a thing to it. The fact that it is sold with the furnishings is a big plus because I just don't see how you can improve its decor. Unfortunately the vast majority of us simply cannot afford such opulence but can dream of how incredible it would be to live in such a beautiful place. If the key to buying a home is being able to see yourself living there, misssion accomplished with this one. Sadly the wallet is lacking. Aside from the combo bunk room/game room I love the house the way it is. The outdoor kitchen, is the first one I’ve seen on your channel with a dual tap kegerator!

Looking t this stunning home again. I could sit out side, fires going watching the lights on the ocean and the stars. But I have a question: Those palm trees on each side of the pool, How big will the root ball get. They seem really close to the walls of the hot tube and pool

Very nice property! I don't like the black beams normally, however they put wood on the ceiling and that combination looks great! The 'game' room is incredible! I'm gonna steal the beds setup, I'm building that one!lol! Great video Mike!

Are all utilities (gas, water, sewer, etc..) connected to municipality? Notwithstanding elevation, no AC is problematic. All the black gives it an urban feel, not quite island living, but what do I know. 🙂
The house is on county water. Gas out here is propane with a tank on the property. This also has its own septic system which is common out here and really the standard. Very few homes are connected to our very limited sewer system.
Nice house ,will provide a wonderful home to live in…. Over the top with the decor it’s got a thrift store feel to it, I understand the intent but I’m one that wants my possessions to disappear so my home has a calm and relaxed feel
Way too busy for my taste but love the location.
For the price, it is a spectacular house. The utility room is one of the best I have ever seen. The view is of course, great. The house is nicely furnished.I suspect someone will acquire this property very soon.

I've watched this channel for awhile now, and I'm just guessing because I'm not a real estate person, but I think the reason why people sell the property with all the furnishings is probably because they can't afford the shipping. Or maybe it then becomes more attractive to the main land buyers because they can't afford the shipping for all the furnishings.
It's just a hassle to buy things and get them shipped out here and you have limited selection and stores so you're better off taking what's there and moving in on closing day.

I love the homes you show but, take this as a tip to improve, your recording is absolutely terrible, too much movement, low quality camera, impossible to focus in one place and enjoy for a moment the view, very frustrating.
