All I'm doing is say to myself I AM, I AM, I AM THE SOURCE OF EVERYTHING, I AM LIVING MY BEST LIFE. This video will certainly help me to stay in this belief. THANK YOU TWO SO, SO MUCH for such an amazing work. (I have only watched 10 minutes of it 😅😅😅😅😅)
Love this video! In the end, i realized something that I forget when I go back into my mind. At certain points in my life, I've been WAY more present because I'd be exercising, meditating, and listening to Eckhart Tolle, Michael Singer, and similar teachers all the time. When presence became my default state for extended periods of time (unfortunately, I'd lose that state over time) I would notice that almost everything flowed more effortlessly and I didn't even need to try to "attract" my SP. It's like being one with the Tao. This is such an important video. I feel more at peace after listening, and this feels like a missing key in all the manifestation content that's about trying to get something outside of us to feel happy or fulfilled. That stuff doesn't resonate much anymore because it's so forced.

Still in the midst of watching this but I just wanted to say thank you for addressing so many worries and questions most people have and elaborating on them patiently and clearly. Eg the part about how your mind likes to point out things you ought to do or how it likes to focus on problems. Very subtle and we're so used to just accept this happening that most don't question it haha

I watched a lot of videos yesterday - I like how you break-down concepts, Bradley and loved the fact that you found Eckhart Toll and it helped you too. I have a question: as I started practicing what you guys recommended in this video: more focusing on breath or dropping more in my body, away from thoughts, I realised my body doesn't feel safe either. I can't filly focus on just "being" because I am usually experiencing a lot of anxiety in the body in the mornings. I would like to "heal" that. I try not to identify with the sensations in the body, but they are very overwhelming. I used to fear them, as I thought they mean I won't get my desires manifested until I get rid of the anxiety. I dropped that meaning too. But would like to feel better in the body as well. Do you have any advice for me on how to resolve this? Thank you! ❤
You can still put your attention in the body even when you’re feeling the anxiety. But REALLY just keep you attention in the body when that’s happening. Feel the emotion BUT DO NOT THINK…. Don’t try to figure out where it’s coming from, why you shouldn’t feel that way, don’t resist it, just feel it and it will dissipate. This is stored energy leaving the body. The mind will want you to identify with it but you don’t need to.

@ when you accept it and not fight it it will leave. It just emotion. It’s not you. Your resistance keeps it there. Whatever you accept fully turns into peace
also medication that u feel withdrawl wanting it to take away withdrawl until you taper off thats what i would like to hear an answer too? no expectations be creative practice practice in my opinion love this convo and as a child loved the process of creating what you want we use to enjoy the process and loved day dreaming in school class cus so boaring to listen to indoctrination i call it for lack of better words then i try to get in the flow state so interesting at least knowing we can better yourself thats encouraging LOVE
